Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.71/day in the week to Sep 4 → 22.57/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's interesting. Having played the original just absolute stand out masterclass of a game I had to give this a go especially being an A10 player on slay the spire 2 and so on. The game is good. I got it for steam deck which it is ideal for. The base mechanic is simple and easy to get started on and the combo system again is simple but does allow for some planning strategy deck building and all those wonderful things. But I started unlocking characters. Did a run with one of the newer guys I unlocked and was getting beaten up hard so I went back and swapped to the third guy you unlock and started sweeping a bit then unlocked someone called Pugnala Provola and just tried her out and wow. She actually just broke the game in half. She has a really simple combo from her base deck that does loads and you just buy yellow 0 cost and 1 cost draw enhancing cards and if you can get an x3 on her 3 cost gun you just clean up absolutely everything. I felt like I cracked the game open and after maybe 3-4 hours of playing it I was doing well but I was a bit like ok it's sort of the same thing now. I sort of feel like I either play this deck type or I am just not playing optimally. What I like with STS2 is that there is no one broken archetype. You can snowball off of so many different things. Poison deck. Shiv deck. Vuln scaling. Dark orb building. Frost orb. Arsenal crash landing, Osty build, block and doom scaling, Tank build. Like your first few cards and your first key card dictates the direction of the run.I feel like I'm starting every run and I just know what I'm trying to do from the very first encounter every time and I just do exactly that every dungeon. It's also REALLY frustrating to have all the upgrade pieces you need for an EVO and after like 4 floors you haven't been offered the upgrade even 8 re rolls in so you're just like cool the game REALLY does just want me to keep spamming this nonsense doesn't it? I wish there were more interesting broken things you could build into and that the game rewarded more exploration but it doesn't quite seem to if that makes sense? Like for the experience, for the price, the games good. It's a yes for if I recommend it. It's fun. I will keep playing it, but it's not quite as open as other deck builders so far.

Just as addictive as Vampire Survivors. I started it less than a week ago and I'm already 27 hours in, and have no idea when I'll put it down. Nice and familiar, too. It's like they took the previous game and made it into a card battler -- much of the content (places, characters, enemies, weapons, evolutions, so on) is recognizable from VS. Plays the same fun roguelite way, too: starts out slow, then ramps up as unlocks become available, then just continues to snowball until you hit goofy (but intensely satisfying) godmode.
