Valley Run

[h1]Experienced on the Oculus Rift with Touch Controllers[/h1] [i]Please note: I received a free Steam key through the Steam Curator Connect program[/i] $14.99 USD for an endless runner? Are you kidding me? Is this for real? In my video below, I said I might give it a neutral recommendation if it sold for .99 cents, but $14.99 USD? How? This isn't even a good endless runner. There are much better endless runners. There's Neon Seoul: Outrun (which is miles better than this game), there's Run Dorothy Run (which mixes endless running with music rhythm genre), there's Unbreakable VR (which is way more fun than this), there's Runaway VR & Hot Runback - VR Runner (which are both more fun & physically intense), there's Into the Dead (which brings zombie action to the endless running), and there's Distant Nightmare (which is horror fun). All the above games are cheaper than Valley Run. They also have more content. This game, although it has procedurally generated levels, is basically just one environment theme that all looks the same after a few minutes of playing. Other than running into objects, your hover bike can run into fires that rise up that is so badly modeled, it doesn't even look like fire. All the 3D model assets look poor with low textures, including the hoverbike. It doesn't even handle like a bike (you drive with an up & down motion on your motion controllers to turn left or right).
