Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Valheim is a collaborative exploration and survival game for 1-10 players set in a procedurally generated world inspired by Norse mythology. Craft powerful weapons, construct elaborate halls, and slay mighty foes to prove yourself to Odin!

Discover an immersive procedurally generated world, with different biomes that each have their distinct environments, unique resources and dangerous enemies. Become a Viking and sail the open seas in search of lands unknown, alone or with up to nine friends!

The Tenth World has been corrupted by hateful forces, in the shape of mighty regional bosses known as the Forsaken. Hone your skills with axes, blades and bows, and prepare yourself by crafting the very best equipment – for it is only by defeating these Forsaken that you will advance in your progress and prove yourself to the Allfather.

Raise Viking longhouses and build bases that offer reprieve from the dangers ahead. Whether you build a small shelter, an entire village or a mountain-side fortress, defence and structural integrity are important, as is decorating it for maximum comfort!

As you discover new materials, you will learn new recipes for crafting, building and cooking – all that a Viking might need! The food system is rewarding rather than punishing, granting you boons and benefits depending on what you eat, and is directly tied to the combat system, where your health and stamina might be just the thing that makes a difference between life and death.
Community-translated languages
In addition to the officially supported languages, Valheim has several community-translated languages. As the name would suggest, these are all translated by fans and members of the community, and the process is frequently ongoing. Thus, we cannot guarantee the quality or completeness of any specific translation.
Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Updates
Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

Reviews

holy peak its so fun with friends
One of the best survival crafting games out there. If you liked Terraria and also like Vikings, you will love it.
Теряем друзей вместе с орками, гномами, феями, магией, комарами, деревом, домами и волками на горах. We lose friends along with orcs, dwarves, fairies, magic, mosquitoes, wood, houses, and wolves in the mountains.
valheim is an amazing game, me and my buddy went in blind and it was a once every couple of year experience, untill the plains biome, the first few biomes are enjoyable and fun to explore and see, but once you get to the plains biome every enemy is just ridiculously annoying, the deathsquitos arent a big deal untill you die in the plains and go to run back naked but a deathsquito one taps you with no armor, and i ran into a 2 star goblin brute, i wasnt able to parry it because my what should be on level shield just straight up wasnt strong enough and whether i parried or blocked it still did a load of damage, the real worst part that will you burn you out of valheim is the repetitive process of mining a ton of ore for every single biome you get into, you finished getting maxed out copper armor which took me and my buddy genuinely hours (with the setting that lets up teleport metal btw) to get just for it to be irrelevant when we got into the swamp, so after we get to the swamp we get fully maxed out iron gear JUST FOR THAT TO BE WORTHLESS ONCE YOU GET TO THE MOUNTAINS BECAUSE YOU GOTTA DO IT ALL AGAIN WITH SILVER, at that point in the game i gave up on maxxing out gear because once i got to the plains, once again theres another set of gear you need to get. this game is so extremely grindy which would be fine if it wasnt so repetitve, overall i had so much fun in the early stages of valheim, its an amazing world and really well crafted, but im at the mistlands which is the second to last biome now and me and my buddy are so burnt out we are struggling to keep going. maybe these gripes are a personal thing but and everybody else would disagree, but i know the beggining of valheim is so amazing i would absolutely still recommend this game even though i have alot of issues with it.
The Game is great the way it doesn't hold your hand, just giving you enough information by exploration to figure it out yourselves! The amount of activities is incredible fighting monsters, base builduing, crafting, farming, sailing and much more. On the other hand it definetly has some weaknesses for example the builduing implementation for controllers is not very user friendly or precise, and a pretty questionable game design choice in the early game with the bronze farm by being the most tedious metal to produce while getting used to all other new mechanics is in my opinion a very questionable difficulty spike. With that said the world design is very good every area feels completly different and has is own ressources, recipes, possibilities, architecture and enemys which not only interact with other enemy types. tldr: Good Game, Immersive, Cool Artwork and best enjoyed with friends
