Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 19.14/day in the week to Aug 10 → 25.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

banger

I really need a Soundtrack :O The music and the story are so wonderful, I couldn't stop playing because I always wanted to know what comes next. The Mini Games are really hard, that was a bit frustrating.
It's... wonderful. I don't even know where to start. Please, go in blind. Don't search up anything. Spoilers about a title like this take away from everything this game is trying to do. Like come on, it's a story game. Have some common sense. The story is lovingly and meticulously crafted in a way that I don't think any other form of art could convey in its entirety. Delivering a story like this is a thing that is best done through an interactive medium, and I don't think anything else could possibly match the immersion like what was shown during my playthrough. Everything about the world just feels so... real. The worldbuilding, through the phone screen, through dialogue, through the environments, and OH MY GOD THE SOUND DESIGN, it all just comes together in a package that feels like a world that you can just fall into. It's inspired by the Phillipines, mainly Metro Manilla, and although I haven't been there myself, you can tell just by looking how passionate the devs were in the way they made it feel exactly how they wanted it to. Building off of that - this game's art direction is proof that immersion does not lie in realism (shading can help tho). Until Then uses a mix of 2d pixel art and 3d modelling for its visual style, and with the way the game is played, this works perfectly. I don't really know how to properly describe how I feel about it. It's just so nice to look at. I mentioned this already, but the environments are crafted with serious passion. The attention to detail is immaculate, in all areas. The writing is a 10/10. Seriously. Every single aspect of the story connects to something else. Every detail matters. And most importantly, it knows how to pace itself. This game is slower-paced but it never FEELS boring at any point. You're always itching to see what's happening next, be it a high-speed chase or a heartfelt conversation between close friends. And none of it ever feels out of place or inappropriate. The complete package is smooth, no rough edges (except THAT ONE MINIGAME. DAMN THAT MINIGAME TO HELL). A thing that's a bit more personal to me was that this was the first game in a hot minute that I genuinely felt excited to play when I got home. Recently (mainly within the past couple weeks) I'd felt unmotivated to really do anything related to gaming (or ANYTHING for the matter) when I had free time. Perhaps it was burnout, perhaps I was overwhelmed with the options I had available to me, or perhaps it was something else entirely. But when I started this game, I just wanted to keep on playing. I was immersed in a way that I hadn't been in a good long while. It felt like all of it mattered, at least more that usual. Writing my words down sure matters to me. Guess that's why I started putting genuine effort into my Steam reviews. Maybe I'm overreacting. It's past 9pm, you can't trust how your feelings at this hour. But now that the credits have rolled, I don't think I'll ever forget how this game made me feel. This game was made with love, passion, and dedication, and I deeply respect that. Like seriously, there's a good reason that reviews are 97% positive. If you don't take my word for it then at least take everybody elses. The world hasn't ended yet, so give it a go.
It's time for drunk reviews. Until Then is a good game. It's enjoyable, funny, and the characters aren't annoying. However, it has a significant flaw. This is the true ending, or rather, its linearity. If the game gave the player enough autonomy to choose their route, there would be no problems. But it doesn't. The game doesn't allow the player to make any important choices. Instead, the player is treated to a linear story with an extremely disappointing ending. So my advice: stick with the first ending. At least for a while. It's the highest point in the game. Spoilers follow.
The problem with the game is that it doesn't give you any choices. Like, after the first ending, I thought I'd have the opportunity to make different choices and change the story, but that's not the case. Instead, the game drags you through time loops we can't influence. And the question arises: why are these time loops even necessary?

I didn't like Nicole right away (after all, Cathy is the best girl), and the fact that half the plot revolves around her greatly affected my perception. She's not that interesting, especially considering the game has plenty of other interesting characters to explore. I would have really liked to see Louise, Sophia, or Ridel's routes. I thought the game would give you a chance to explore other characters' routes. But alas, the plot drags Nicole along like dead weight. And then comes the true ending. It's just stupid. Like, two ghosts caused all these time anomalies. Cool, all the theories the player could have come up with just fly out the window.

And it's a shame. The first ending was a real punch in the gut. It hurt me, in a good way. And that racing game at the end always gives me goosebumps when I think about it. It's the perfect bittersweet ending. It teaches us that we should be more attentive to our loved ones. I think this is the high point of the entire game.
I really hope the developers address all these issues in their new game. Because despite the extremely disappointing true ending, this game made me feel something, and that's a win in my book.
