Давно меня ничего так не бесило, как Вальтер Вайль.

Пришло время оставить отзыв и на эту прекрасную игру. Если вкратце, игра заслуживает того, чтоб в неё поиграл каждый любитель ВН. Сюжет захватывает: ощущение, что читаешь книгу, где твои действия решают, какая страница перевернётся. Но самое главное - история имеет глубину. Персонажи, антураж, рисовка - все месте создаёт очень приятное впечатление. Это игра для тех, кто готов подумать: не только над выбором, но и над самим сюжетом. Ставлю 10/10

First of all: I bought the game long after it was released, although it was on my wishlist, and at a big discount. It is a visual novel with very pleasant graphics and an acceptable soundtrack. But it is not a fairy tale! Your true purpose in this game is to (as the game title hints) [b]un[/b]tale the fairy tales told by one of the characters to uncover the true (hi)story of Revinia and not to write your own "happy ever after". A story which, I have to admit, I didn't like at all. Not because it is bad written, far from it, but because it is just - at least from my point of view - sad, unworthy and "not fair" [spoiler]The king must be blind with love to marry Erlene after all of this and to live a life that has no other meaning than her.[/spoiler]. So try to distance yourself from the player character; he is not you after all. A lesson I learned while playing it, but should better be teached before playing it. The many tales and the one true story will show you the many facets of human (mis)behavior and are frighteningly realistic (and mostly logical [spoiler]As said marrying Erlene is a decision only a person in love can possibly "understand". For a machiavellistic mastermind like Norbert Kollas it is furthermore not plausible to allow the last king to have offspring and deprive his son of a bride like Erlene; or is Norbert just human(e) in the end? He still remains unlikeable.[/spoiler]) in it. There are many harsh topics you won't like if you're of mild-mannered nature. On the downside there are some untranslated fragments in the game dialogue and I didn't like the attitude towards some of the female characters. But all in all and counting the big discount in, it was worth playing it.

Начну с того, что игра мне очень понравилась своим интеллектуальным наполнением. Для визуальных новелл - редкость. Особенно мне понравились сюжетные повороты: да, здесь действительно нужно внимательно следить за тем, кто и что говорит, чтобы не оказаться в «затруднительном положении» (не умереть) Отдельно хочу отметить графику: атмосфера превосходная и персонажи прорисованы великолепно. Качество игры заслуживает высшей оценки Нет сомнения, она достойна прохождения!

Одного часа было достаточно, чтобы оцeнить игру по дoстоинству. Рекомендую игру к прoхoждению, хотя бы ради гАрячей королевы.

Однозначно рекомендую. Великолепное повествование. Буквально лучшее, что я видел в своей жизни. Визуал, будь то бэкграунды или персонажи прекрасны. Намного привлекательнее, чем в большинстве визуальных новелл, которые даже не стараются над этим.

Medieval setting is my cup of tea, no doubt. I like all the stories which describe castles, nobility and tournaments. This one meets all my criteria concerning medieval plots. Pros: + well-thought story with a lot of sidelines + diverse characters + very detailed arts + "true-to-life choice influence" (I describe it below) Cons: - I don't like the music (It makes me bored) But it's the matter of taste P.s. "True -to -life choice influence" The thing is that you don't see the consequences of your choices immediately. You have to spend more time playing just to understand how your choices contribute to the storyline (Like in real life, you know). Sometimes you make "wrong" decisions and you die. But I truly liked it. This game is for those who prefer thinking to blind-clicking on the choice options.
