Unpacking

Clearly developed with care, love, and attention to detail. Somehow I related very strongly to a character that I never saw. Found myself wanting more. The amount of content for the price was lower than I expected -- a quality over quantity approach for sure. I completed one album and unlocked all Steam achievements/stickers in about 6 hours.

I absolutely LOVED this game. I went into it expecting it to be mostly a relaxing sorting game, but it ended up being so much more than that. I loved how much of the story is told indirectly, you have to pay attention to the little details and piece things together yourself for the most part, and I found that SO much more interesting than having everything hand fed to you. I also really loved the camera add-on and the stickers you get for completing achievements! They're such fun little extras, and I had a great time collecting them (so much so that I ended up going back to get them all once I finished the main part of the game) . The playback feature was also such a cool addition and made it really fun to look back at how scarily indecisive I was throughout the game LOL. Honestly, I loved this game so much that I finished it in only two sittings and it took me almost 10 hours to complete (you can do the math), just goes to show how much I enjoyed it because I genuinely did not want to stop playing. It's cozy, creative, immersive, and has so many little details that make it feel like there's always something new to notice. I absolutely loved it and would recommend it! :)

I liked being able to get a sense of the course of a person’s life from their belongings. Although there were times when it was hard to understand why a particular item shouldn’t be placed there, it was still fun.

Very good game and very cosy. Unfortunately quite short, so I'd recommend getting the game on sale.

Super fun and (both in achevements and content) incredibly simple, I purchased this game on sale for about $14 AUD and would consider that over priced for what it is. However if it was under $10 I would absolutely recommend for a mellow game.
