About

Unishroom is a short, story-driven indie platformer about rejection, vulnerability, and discovering where you truly belong.
Cast out for being different, a small mushroom sets off on a quiet journey in search of a new home. Through loneliness, struggle, and quiet resilience, he begins to understand that belonging is not about proving your worth — it’s about finding those who value you as you are.

Unishroom is built around minimalist mechanics.
Move left or right to navigate each level — no complex combos, no overwhelming inputs. The simplicity is intentional, designed to keep the focus on atmosphere and emotion.
Choose your experience:
Easy Mode – A relaxed, story-focused journey
Normal Mode – A demanding minimalist platforming challenge
Approachable for younger players. Rewarding for those who seek precision.

Inspired by illustrated children’s books, Unishroom blends 3D gameplay with handcrafted, hand-drawn narrative scenes.
Over 20 illustrated cutscenes bring its world to life, creating an experience that feels like stepping inside a playable storybook.
This is not just a platformer — it is an interactive story about identity, empathy, and independence.

Designed as a focused 1–2 hour experience, Unishroom is perfect for a single sitting — or sharing with family.
A small story about finding the courage to belong.

THANKS Jeflump for guiding me for the best game.
the game is like any IOS/Android endless runner game that you can download for free except it feels more empty the game itself is easy I would call it an endless runner more than a platformer game but it has 9 levels and that's my issue if your game is an endless runner more than a platformer it should be just called endless runner, platformer is not only about jumping and running I think the developer is confused... the story and characters the story itself is amazing but putting it in a runner game feels out of place, see the story just exists to make you go through levels but there is no other use of the story and that's proven by the plain ending characters? there isn't any
except the slime king, that mistakingly guides you to the north instead of the east again trying to create a reason to make you go through more levels
graphics the graphics of the game feel a little confused, you see some realistic textures like the ground but unishroom and other textures feels empty and that's another problem with shading if there was any, the textures and colors everywhere feels empty, flat, and plain it feels like the developer wasn't sure of what type of graphics he should use physics the physics in this game is just broken the skateboard for some reason sweeps from left to right even if you didn't move it yourself, but who knows maybe it's intentional, and yes you're only able to move from left to right in this game and there is only one level where you can jump. a PC game.
you see in level 7 there is a place where unishroom supposedly jumps? but it feels more like he was flying.
levels the level design feels so empty, the only thing that exists is the stuff that you should avoid nonetheless everything is empty and with the plain graphics, it feels even emptier,
even between the levels where you meet the slime king there are slimes around but they feel soulless,
if it was a horror game maybe it will be better at least emptiness can give an unnerving feeling but not a platformer game where platformer normally has rendered environment that you would want to explore and navigate through, not emptiness music the music itself is not bad but it feels out of place, that's more of a taste I think, but for me, the music is off if I would bring an example of a platformer game that has good music that fits it will be geometry dash the music in unishroom feels like it belongs to a visual novel more than a platformer game or even an endless runner game
«Unishroom»

Its a very good game Excellent work with the maps and sounds and it has a good story.
A rage game at its core, Unishroom has some nods to story. I have suggested that the dev add some sounds to make it more immersive and he is responsive. I am always happy when devs want to improve their games. The game is okay, and could get better. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fk5l3rMpqAM
