game taught me how to breathe. (also slightly eerie)
I do not know how to recommend this game, if it looks like the type of thing you would be interested in, you probably need to play it.
Really fun interactive self-help visual novel, for lack of a better term. Works equally well as a story and as an actual self-help app (to an extent). Cleverly written and occasionally even moving. Nothing to speak of in terms of gameplay, but hopefully if you're looking at this game you're fine with that.

If you're looking for a change of perspective in your life this game is worth your time. Go in blind, do the exercises in good faith. While this game is a critique on the tech industry, and bottling mindfulness this game somehow manages to transcend that. Yes I was also brought here by a Jacob Geller review. The man has solid taste in video games.
Update, on day 4 of 7: Best/most important game I've played. And that includes Spec Ops: the Line, Undertale, Subnautica, Mario, Zelda, Disco Elysium, Rocket League, SSB: Melee, Amnesia. Others. Most important game to me/for me. HIGHLY recommended. I've done 2 days, I did them like a month apart, and I'm ALREADY GETTING A TON OUT OF THIS 10/10, highly recommended. It's not that it's fun, it's that it's enlightening and allows for you to make yourself happier, more peaceful, and more fulfilled. It's a safe-feeling way to approach the growth your true self desires in this life.
