About

As a franchisee of Endwell medical you are entrusted to establish and run a successful medical facility – delivering ever increasing profits for corporate HQ.

Establish a local subsidiary of the Endswell Medical Corporation. With multiple locations for your franchise to be located in, each biome will have new unique features that will keep things fresh while offering different challenges.

You will need to build and expand your offices and research facilities. Hire & manage your staff effectively to maximise efficiency. To satisfy Corporate HQ you will need to ensure you are delivering ever greater profits, legitimate business will only earn you so much – if you want to truly excel you will need to push the boundaries of science and medicine. Leave ethics at the door and research illegal bacteria & viruses to help develop cutting edge treatments and bioweapons.
Stay in control of your operation and make sure business runs smoothly. Manage suspicion levels by ensuring your staff are loyal, bribe or intimidate politicians & local officials, keep the police off your back and stay one step ahead of your rivals.
Pushing boundaries can be dangerous – ensure you keep hazardous activities in check by providing staff with adequate PPE and safety protocols, keep external interference away and if needed make sure your director is on hand to keep any mishaps ‘in house’.

Losing control is a matter of when, not if… When the time comes, ensure you are ready. Gather any trusted staff, as much money research you can carry and make your way to the extraction point before it’s too late. Anything gathered will be of great use in your next franchise…
Remember; All’s Well, that Endswell…

I mean the game is just not finished. It lacks most basic RTS or 4x necesities, like selecting multiple people or just simply giving them orders to HOLD POSITION. You cannot do either. So when you try to raid a place, security keeps going pack into patrol mode. and you constantly have to tell each and every one of them to stay. And you cannot select multiple so yeah. You gotta select each ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ one. You also cant really manage when staff works. Your corporation is proud of being open 24/7 yet cant designate shifts. other than manually assigning doctors to their offices and keeping idle ones sleeping, there is just no option to do that. There is also no saving the game. Only autosaves. So if you ♥♥♥♥ up, you ♥♥♥♥ up and gotta restart. And if you loose, your save is wiped. And now that i finally understood how the game works... it began crashing. Like whenever i had a "good run" the save would get corrupted at certain point and always crash, forcing me to restart or extract. Because its the end of the game at that point.... Now... on the "good side", the game has nice artstyle, good music, and... yeah the units sound like google voice gibberish. Please just fix the bugs, and get A LOT of Quality life improvments. Right now its not worth it.
Undead Inc. is, for better or for worse, symptomatic of a certain stripe of Tycoon games. There's not a whole lot of player freedom on offer, the early goings-on for any new Endswell Medical franchise you set up are identical from game to game, right down to optimal room placements, and the only viable strategy puts a timer on your progress. You're free to stick to above-board consultation and Direct-Consumer Sales plans, but you'll only earn a pittance from legitimate avenues. The Black Market is a necessity for any sort of proper cash flow, which in turn means you're going to attract attention - and motivates your checking up on employee loyalty as a mechanic. If an Engineer or Scientist sees too much, you'll have to let them go or risk corporate secrets reaching the wrong ears. All of the above creates a loop that's a bit too narrow to allow for the deeper ends of Wannabe Umbrella Corporation's misgivings to really take shape. I haven't played through to the end of the tech tree, but review after review states that zombies, animal-type GMOs or any of the expected perversions of science hardly ever feature prominently. I've played enough to find the interface fiddly, and came to thinking that letting us build or redesign interior partitions in a hollow shell, à la Evil Genius 2, and to build up or drill down as needed, would've been more legible. As-is, the menu bar is cluttered, there's a ton of needless scrolling and it's all too easy to lose sight of a selected underground zone. Add to that concerns with pathing or with employees' needs shifting so quickly most can't even handle the trek down to their workplace, and you've got a design doc that feels sophomoric at best. There's fun to be had, sure - in small doses - but for a good, solid, supersaturated concentration of Evil, see Evil Genius 2.
I tried to wait long as I could, but the developer stopped doing updates to reviews is my guess
seems like the game was abandoned
Terrible game! It's buggy. It's hard to follow not fun. Absolutely, do not recommend. Appears to be abandoned by the developer.
I really want to like this game (cool ideas to like), but there are just fundamental problems with the game that need fixing, the biggest one is staffing. Anyone who's actually worked any kind of job knows that if you need something staffed, you hire more staff to cover those who are taking a break, and you simply can't do that here without VERY VERY tedious micromanaging that will give you zero signal that someone is on break, so you have to watch multiple buildings over a large map like a hawk. There are a lot of things here to quite clearly show that it's a game in early access disguised as full release, most notably that the ONBOARDING update released shortly AFTER release that gave it staff break rooms.
was a mistake to buy it even tho reviews were mostly negative .. I thought Its Team 17 creators of HLL....But
Needs a lot of work. Don't get me wrong it isn't the worst game ever. BUT it has some basic flaws like others have posted the breaks for staff needs fixing or some sort of schedule. Graphics are great and I like the controls but it isn't very good overall
Horrible Balancing. No
game looked great from trailers and playing it it not great but okay crashes here and there but it just didnt live up to the potential it show it had and just turned out to be a bad game
