A Message from the Developer:
This is my first-ever game, and it is very short and simple. Please be aware that there is no save/load feature in the game, as it only takes 50 to 80 minutes to finish.
Because it is such a short experience, I decided to release it for free. If you enjoyed playing the game and want to support me, you can tip me by purchasing the "Supporter Pack" DLC. Thanks loads in advance if you do! ☺️

it's free. good start for a first game. i'm not a big fan of how it looks like roblox though. it's a complete game but you should have let me in the attic. make it first person or change the camera angle as that is the most annoying part when you are inside the house.
No one’s paying attention, so here’s the truth: I am very much bitchless
It´s a adorable detective game its very short but its nice it needs more love into it and i cant wait to see more <3
Graphics are unappealing, can't save the game, can't invert y-axis, story seems rather boring so far. Won't finish. Your time would probably be better spent playing Gone Home, The Inheritance of Crimson Manor, or The 7th Guest. Rating: ★★☆☆☆
Cute first game! i really enjoyed it!!
The game's highly flawed, but was still an okay experience overall. The graphics were solid, voice acting was nice, the writing was a bit cringy (or maybe I'm too old), and the story was neat. Pacing was pretty good. Performance was terrible. There were constant frame spikes and stutters. Even after changing to the new and much improved "smooth" camera, it was still pretty bad. It's at least playable with the new camera, but the game very badly needs some optimization. The camera technically worked, but it clipped through walls and ceilings, jerked around occasionally, and was choppy when panning around. The choppiness isn't as bad with the "smooth" camera option, but it's still not good. There's a ton of walking, and you pretty much always want to sprint. Any game where you want to always be sprinting either needs faster base movement and no sprint option or for sprinting to be on a toggle. Playing the whole game with Shift held down should never be the optimal choice.
This game was really good! Storyline was nice, and the pacing was enjoyable. A few things that I would recommend for a smoother gameplay experience would be: - More robust tooltips, especially when subtly guiding the player in the earlier stages of the game (press X to do this particular action, or open drawers with X) - A better glow for the items that are able to be picked up, maybe a pulsating glow instead of a blinking one - A journal that has the notes separated entirely instead of in bullet points, so players can return to all of your well written notes around the map and reread! - Better optimization when walking into the mansion area (specifically the fog and DoF) as it's dropping frames massively, even on the highest end specs (i'm running a 5090, for reference) - More Graphical toggles (better for those running lower end specifications) - An inventory at the bottom of the screen, or one that can be bound to a button on the controller so that players don't have to pause to figure out what items they have to progress. You did a wonderful job, and I can tell everyone involved worked really hard to make this game what it is currently.
Regarding general experience> Appreciate the voice acting. Drive up to the location sets the atmosphere properly. Mechanics and general mvmt./interaction w/ environment were stable. Easy to confuse inventory for list meant to clarify what your next objective was. Esp. problematic if you pick up a key obj. w/out realizing it. Regarding the niddigriddi> The protagonists' purpose in making the trip was somewhat clear, but her leave was abrupt, and her dismissal of the property toward the end was in general conflict w/ the spirit of her interest in checking the place out to begin with. Seemed initially like the protagonist was meant to explore to become the next victim in a horror story, the horrors of which you could then confront and overcome, to make inheritance of the property more of an obstacle than a handover. At the outset it is clear that no such threat was ever present for the protagonist. Seems therefore like a nice prologue to set up a chaptered story. Ending left a few key questions unanswered, for instance, was there a connection between the one who facilitated his interest in plants to the way he met his demise?, and is there special significance to the protagonist being the one chosen to "inherit" the property? There is a lot of potential narratively concerning the subject of plants, especially if you mix this with his apparent obsession w/ the occult. Thanks developer, for this game.
Me gustó más de lo que pensaba. Es fácil de iniciar, no cuesta mantenerlo y se disfruta mucho en ratos breves. Si te van los juegos relajados sin mucha exigencia, sin duda te lo recomiendo.
