About
Claudia, a woman who has lost her job as a reporter, decides to go to investigate the psychiatric hospital "Milagros" which keeps a story as secret as it is macabre. During this journey she meets people who have the same intentions and others who will get in the way.
With the help of her new companions, she must face the secrets of the psychiatric hospital, but the biggest fight is against her own mind.
Narrative Story: Delve into a dark and gritty story with mechanics inspired by survival horror games from the ps2 era.

Transversality: Climb through the scenarios to reach objectives and solve puzzles.
Hide or Fight: Go unnoticed without alerting enemies or use the different melee and fire weapons to finish them off.
Inventory System: Collect items, manage your resources and combine them to solve puzzles.
Note: Co-op mode can only be played with joysticks, not mouse and keyboard, so you'll need two controllers to play properly.

Very amusing if you are playing with a friend and can put up with jank, honestly a shame the other project the dev is working on isn't also co-op.
I hope the game will be better but not recommend.
Definitely very clunky and janky, but it has enough design competence and, dare I say, production value to place it well above the leagues of generic indie horror titles you can find on itch.io and such, and for a budget first commercial effort made by a single person who ends things off by acknowledging it as a practice run for future endeavors I don't think that's too bad. Always nice to see such things produced by a fellow countryman as well. Other than having the first partner character go invisible for a while until I reloaded, I didn't experience any significant bugs during my playthrough, and though I didn't experience it, the option to have split-screen co-op feels intriguing.
To be honest, it's a horrible game. I tried to play and make progress, but the mechanics are crap, and the attacks against enemies are slow and boring! If u're a demanding gamer, u'll certainly be frustrated... believe me.
It's impossible to play this, too many bugs. I ended up falling into an endless pit of darkness. It's really frustrating.
Fun
terrivel, injogavel
So this was my first full experience with a game developed by the solo dev Farelas and I gotta say... I loved it! I previously played a demo for his last game, "Lurking Danger", and I happened to watch a couple of videos involving "Selene's Unbearable Night" so I was fully aware of the jankiness of these works and it didn't disappoint me one bit. Yes, the animations are awkward as hell, the dialogues are abysmal and the plot is pure nonsense (although I have to admit that I was pretty distracted most of the time), but I honestly had a blast playing through it nonetheless. In fact I probably enjoyed it because of these aspects. Models and assets grabbed directly from a free library, sometimes my partner just disappears from my pov but the enemies can still target and hurt her, cutscenes that feel more like fever dreams, the fact that the ai breaks its neck while doing a full 180 head spin when it interacts with me. All these things could very easily result in a disaster but here it all seems "right". Despite the fact that "Unbearable" gives you the feeling of being one step away from falling apart and despite everything I previously mentioned, it is totally functional and playable and (at least for me personally) it's very evident how much passion and dedication this guy put into this game. It released in Early Access on June 2022 and in the following two years it received 50+ updates between hotfixes, improvements and additions ranging from gameplay additions to entire areas and levels, reaching the 1.0 Version on March 2024. Just as I love good trashy horror movies, I thoroughly enjoy unapologetically unhinged games like this and I can't wait to play other games from this dev's body of work. That's exactly why I often dumpster dive into the Horror category here on Steam.
