Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 14 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Great game I really enjoyed it. Great to see a game that lets you be evil and encourages it and does not pull sort of redemption story.
Hey Obsidian, I really wish you would return to designing RPGs with the depth, boldness, and narrative strength of Tyranny. In my opinion, it’s vastly superior to Baldur’s Gate 3 in terms of writing, themes, and player agency. Yet since then, it feels like a lot of time and budget have gone into games that are, frankly, quite average and lack the depth and flavor that defined titles like Tyranny or Pillars of Eternity, both outstanding examples of what your studio is capable of. Please consider going back to creating games at this level. We truly need more titles like Tyranny, and I honestly believe it deserves a sequel or a new, evolved version. The writing team behind that project was exceptional, and it showed in every aspect of the game. Listen to your audience, we still remember what made your games special, and many of us are hoping to see that kind of ambition and narrative excellence again. I sincerely hope you’ll consider it.

Excellent
actually good
К сожаллению не сильно вникал в систему прокачки. Потэтому героев имб не получилось. Но игра очень сюжетно крутая. В этой игре Вы не очередной голожопый ноунейм а судья который имеет власть и вас даже кто-то случает
This is the best game of all time.
Overall, good game. I expected it to be a little bit longer. But 40 hours for a first playthrough is not bad. The Archons act high and might but they are pushovers.
I write this as the journal of Laration, and as a fond accounting of Tyranny, a world I walked rather than merely played: we explored scarred lands where conquest was already decided, forged alliances that felt earned through fear, pragmatism, and ideology rather than simple heroism, and made enemies whose hatred carried weight because the game never pretended our choices were clean or kind; Tyranny excelled in giving me authority early and then forcing me to live with it, letting law, magic, and consequence intertwine so that even obedience became a moral stance, and though empires rose, factions fractured, and my decisions echoed louder than swords, by the end it became clear that victory or rebellion mattered less than understanding power itself and how easily one learns to justify it, a lesson that lingered long after the final judgment and is best summed up by Hannah Arendt: “The sad truth is that most evil is done by people who never make up their minds to be either good or evil.”
Worth it
after playing for a bit i've found the game to be pretty good.
