Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 1 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game is really fun. I like the concept of having boomerangs and unlocking new ones as you progress with different abilities. I did find, however, many of the boomerangs weren't really used throughout the game, and you really only need a couple to 100% the game. The levels were all unique, and surprisingly all of them had very different biomes to them, which kept things fresh. Despite being an Australian game, the team decided to ignore the obvious - spiders - and actually be creative with the bosses and enemies in the game, which I appreciated. My only gripe is the fact hardcore mode doesn't explain anything to you, and I got 3 hours into the game, collecting all the hidden collectables in all the levels, when I died. I got kicked back to the main menu, which I thought was weird, and noticed my entire game-save was deleted. Hardcore in this context means when you die, you are done. I've personally never seen a collectathon platformer with that mechanic before, and it was a huge kick in the teeth to have that happen with zero warning. I was expecting bosses and enemies to do more damage and take more hits.
Linux performance
This game was not made for Linux, so everything I am going to say here does NOT count towards the review. Linux performance is pretty bad. While levels are playable, with frequent FPS dips, some levels are borderline unplayable with FPS sitting at an average 18FPS. Most notably the Outback level and the level with the fire everywhere. If you're a Linux user, just beware that performance isn't the greatest, despite this being a very old and not graphically intense game at all.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 14: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I loved this game as a kid and it is still good now!
First played this when I was a little kid and it made me think Australia was a fictional place and gave me a fear of sharks. Really glad it still holds up its a super fun game and criminally underrated.
This game was a lot of fun. I dont have nostalgia for this game. I never played it as a kid only remember it existing as I grew up. playing it as an adult I enjoyed going through each level to find all the collectables. it was a smooth experience, not hard and only a little frustrating when you cant find that last opal. Would highly recommend picking this game up. for $15 its a fun playthrough if you can get it on sale youre getting a steal. Im excited to try the other games in the series for more action platforming like this. This game was gifted to me by a friend so I got it for free
