Nices Artork, Cozy auf normal mode. Definitiv ein Lost Gem!!!
Great game until the final level where idiotic jumping sections block the path to the boss. Poor game design when it really mattered.
Parabéns a equipe e aproveitem a promoção!
Muito divertido.
A metroidvania that features an overworld similar to Zelda 2 Great art style, music and platforming/exploration Story is serviceable but for this genre, I usually give it a pass Where the game does not capture me are the mechanics, which is unfortunately, a huge component for metroidvanias A quick glance through other reviews and you can start seeing patterns in their complaints It might be the limited save points, or that when you die, you have to restart at a checkpoint without any of the items collected during that run (as if you just re-loaded the game) You can't even collect money/resources back a la soulslike or hollow knight if you return to your death spot It might be the pitiful amount of resources (food/money) that are given to you (granted I was playing on hard mode, but seriously, its almost nothing) It might be the fact that there is no heal function (besides food) in the game - also tavern food that only lasts 10mins? what's the deal with that It might be that the food heals for half a pip/heart, when enemies can deal 2 whole hearts and bosses 4 hearts per hit It might be that there are no map custom pins, so you gotta just remember or tough luck It might also be that when you open chests, the items could fly off into the abyss making you lose them even after spending a key (lower the physics on items flying off maybe?) For me, there is no or at least very minimal animation cancelling, meaning your attack swing must finish before you can dash/dodge or jump This makes combat feel just that tad sluggish, and for a game that punishes you heavily for mistakes, combat just feels bad If you jump over ranged enemies while they're charging an attack, they will just fire behind them even without turning their model which irks me (like the goblin crossbowman) I understand these are all design choices, so I'm not gonna say they are bad objectively But it all just adds up to make it feel like the game is wasting your time - it really feels like it doesn't respect your time I finish practically all games that I play, but I swear I wanted to stop playing this game multiple times Yeah, sure I played it on hard, but I pushed through and still beat the game, so none of this git gud ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ The pillar on a chain is a cool idea for a weapon and the concept of dropping the pillar for exploration is really cool But there are so little combat reasons/opportunities to be dropping the pillar, I feel if we had a few hand-to-hand abilities early we could have more build options Sorry, but no, I can't recommend this game
