I want to like this game-- I really do-- but the game is almost entirely dependent on luck. The only thing you can do that matters is deciding what items to take or buy, but otherwise, it's all just a matter of click away until you die or the enemy dies. More often than not, you will die, and you will feel like you never really stood a chance. A lot of the items are completely useless and don't feel good to pick up. A surprising number of items have the potential to be good but just end up doing nothing, or worse, being negative. The game is shallow and repetitive and feels more like a slot machine activity than a game. Not worth the ten dollars.
game too hard, cant win ;(
wait,,... this isnt cookie clicjker
It's a good game. Buy it on sale though definitely not $10 worth. watch a run on yt or something and see if you like it before you buy. be prepared to lose a lot. also my steam cloud messed up with it but i think that's my fault lol.
I love this game. The art and music come together to make a really fun and enjoyable aesthetic. Unlike most other clicker games I've played this one actually has some difficulty in it, so that's another plus. Since its release, TV Kid has been getting multiple updates, adding convenient and noticeable features. The creator has said they would continue to work on and update the game at a slower and steady pace, which is most likely going to make any new additions even higher quality. This is a great thing because that will hopefully mean this game will have an increasing replay value over time. Goo man says this game is Very Goo/10! Edit: Now at 19.7 hours I've reached 100 wins and 100% game completion. I loved the grind and I can't wait for what's next!
Although so very early into its life, it has provided a very fun and enjoyable spin on clicker games as a whole. It shows great promise and potential, and with enough time can become an amazing title! I hope the developers will continue to add new items and characters in the future! A few points i want to make however! 1. Music gets repetitive quickly. Theres only one music track in the game so far really, and its a pretty nice track, but the loop gets tiring after awhile. I typically just put on my own music in the background, and this is more of a minor point since clickers arent really known for their music. EDIT: Theres more than one music track in the game, i just only heard one for awhile before i turned down the music. I apologize for the misinformation! 2. Alot of RNG. This one should explain itself, but the difference between a victory and a loss almost always comes down to RNG. I suggest adding items that increase the chance of certain items appearing that combo with eachother, Ex. A bag of catnip could increase the chance of cats and cat related items. 3. Difficulty. The game isnt that difficult, you click and hope you get good stuff. This point is about adding DIFFERENT difficulties. Maybe harder modes where you have to get to channel 100 to win, or maybe easier modes where you only need to get to channel 30. Other than that, its a very fun game and i look forward to seeing where development gets it!
