A cute sandbox with an 80’s flare where you design stylish, vibrant handbags with various trinkets. I am a child of the 80’s so this game brings back so many memories of that time. My little sister was into Polly Pocket, My Little Pony and Charmkins. Especially Charmkins…that is what this game reminded me of right away. Also the pastel gradients and cute art style. It is not so much of a game as it is a sandbox to be creative and design the bags of your dreams with so many trinkets to collect. I would have loved to collect new items. I do not believe we can save our bag designs outside of just taking a screenshot. So when you want to create a new bag your current one is lost. This game called to my millennial core and it did not disappoint. Over the top trinket spam, bright colour eyesore? HELL YEAH. Sign me up. For such a simple premise, there's enough trinkets to create a really unique bag. The Nokia's, tamagotchi, yin yang, pastel vomit, ahhh what a nostalgia trip. I'm not actually that great when games leave me to my own devices to create something but this was just so easy. I received a free copy of this game as part of the Queens of Cosy curation page. Calling all nostalgic retro girl game fans, this took me right back to my childhood to the days of MyScene (IYKYK) and paperdolls. Choose from an array of back types, colours, chains, backgrounds and of course trinkets and charms to create your very own bags. This was a fun, creative and low-stakes game and for the price I would say is worth it as I got 2.6 hours to get all achievements. For me though it does lack replayability simply because there is no story, character requests or anything really to work towards other than one of each bag type and then churning them out to get achievements. As a result, whilst it's good value for money and certainly very chill, it felt a little empty. I'd like to see more colour options, character requests/stories and inventory management to really push this game into the likes of Sticky Business which hooked me in and also had me purchasing all the DLC. Overall, not bad and for a couple of quid no complaints!
