In between working on other more exciting and time-consuming projects, wanted to play a palette cleanser and boy did I get it. In the most insufferable way possible where everything is tedious, boring and masochistic. Yucky, the only thing that I enjoyed were the historical blurbs on every item, though I'm not even sure if those are accurate due to the general low quality of the rest of the game.

- Game idea is very good and interesting but it not implemented good. - Mostly annoying thing is that different items amount to find in game are so low that before even story mode halfway you get bored badly to dig same items over and over again no matter where in the world you are. - Also metal detecting not very realistic game shows when to take your detector out so you don`t need to fully search them yourself and in real life more expensive detectors found small items better on deep but in this game expensive detectors found large items better. - Stupid also that you can`t find rarest legendary items on luck or searching yourself because they are only gotten when you got mission to do it and picture shows where it is also mostly side missions are very boring. - So game got very good and interesting idea but game is so poorly made and mostly only disappointment and very boring to play after first two maps so i cannot recommend, even though I got this for free from a friend. Played only so long because of achievements and it`s horribly boring grind to get them all.

This should be renamed to garbage collection simulator as 99.95% of your time will be spent digging up garbage. Whoever was in charge of gameplay has probably never played a game in their life and should be fired on the spot. They totally did not understand the assignment. Zero innovation and so many missed opportunities to make something fun. Instead all we get is metal detector beeps, scan, dig, repeat x 50 per map, go home, sell all your trash, repeat. Upgrade to a better detector, repeat. In contrast, the team responsible for maps, music, sound effects, and atmosphere did an incredible job and definitely know what they are doing. This game is a torture in repetition and only the most OCD of you will spend your time here.
