Surgeon Simulator: Experience Reality

I̶ ̶b̶o̶u̶g̶h̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶g̶a̶m̶e̶ ̶o̶n̶ ̶s̶a̶l̶e̶ ̶l̶o̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶i̶m̶e̶ ̶a̶g̶o̶,̶ ̶i̶t̶s̶ ̶i̶m̶p̶o̶s̶s̶i̶b̶l̶e̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶p̶l̶a̶y̶ ̶i̶t̶,̶ ̶s̶a̶d̶l̶y̶ ̶i̶t̶s̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶p̶o̶s̶s̶i̶b̶l̶e̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶m̶e̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶b̶e̶ ̶a̶b̶l̶e̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶r̶e̶f̶u̶n̶d̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶s̶i̶n̶c̶e̶ ̶i̶ ̶b̶o̶u̶g̶h̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶g̶a̶m̶e̶ ̶l̶o̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶i̶m̶e̶ ̶a̶g̶o̶.̶ If your game is immediately crashing on startup with an "Oops!" window, the issue isn't your PC it is (probably) a hardcoded error in the game's outdated Unity VR engine files (0xc0000005 Access Violation). The game’s built-in Oculus plugin (OVRPlugin.dll) blindly tries to load native Meta software background services. If you don't have the official Meta Link/oculus app running, it throws data into an empty memory slot (00000000) and instantly kills the game. (ai explanation, im not good at this stuff but it sounds like a real thing) fix, install meta horzion link/oculus app to get the ovrplugin.dll and for the game to turn on properly, it is bad for the game to do someting like that but heres the fix for everyone the issue shouldnt appear when using virtual desktop or steam vr (after downloading the meta horzion link app), but it might i didnt test it yet. it is also sad that it seems that the game relies on you having the ovrplugin.dll that is downloaded with meta horizon link (correct me if other apps also download it but i dont think soo)

Honestly not bad it was pretty fun needs new levels though. You don't really need a big area, I stood in the same spot and completed all the levels, BUT a decent area helps a bit. One thing I did notice is if things fall to the floor its nearly impossible to pick back up. I used a scalpel to fling scissors from the floor to my hand.

I am going to refund this game. Why? It just wasn't what i thought. I thought this game was gonna be way better than what i got. I will tell you guys, It's probably not what you expect. Buy this game at your own risk.

So far it opens without issue for me, unlike other people. Doing this tedious game in VR is a lot easier than using mouse and keyboard/controller. Edit: SO MUCH EASIER WITH VR, I had no crash problems whatsoever. I highly recommend getting this on sale, I paid 4 dollars during the summer sale.
