The game is fun, dont think otherwise, has somewhat nice puzzles, and i didnt find much bother in the backtrack, after all, the game doesnt really make it that difficult to travel throu the world. Also, once you get stuff, its pretty obvious where you have to use it. I played the original (look at me, am a cool dod), and thou this game is the same game just with better graphics and some more small additions, for the most part dont even expect mechanical improvements, controls are still ass ♥♥♥♥ clunky. I got some nostalgia so maybe im positively biased to the game, despite what ive said, so it may be an utter ♥♥♥♥ piece of a game. After all, most of this game reviews are from people that played the original free one so take all of them with a grain of salt. Also, this game has reminded me of why i hated the ending of the free one, i also hate this game ending, probably even more... WAAAAAAAAAAAY more. A full rng boss is never fun, enjoyable, interesting, or challenging, getting hit by attacks that make patterns without any possible way to dodge does not make one want to beat the boss tbh. So yeh, funny treasure hunting simulator

the game is a little less actiony than i wanted . but it is still good and entertaining. the animations are cute. the lead character is likable . it was worth the sale price for sure.
Decent! The levels get... obtuse, very quickly, though. Expect to use a walkthrough, and expect to have to follow it closely, because the game's more than happy to let you assume a dungeon is unsolvable, and get equally stuck in 3 more, before you wander back and go "oh... it wanted the apple 3 screens away? uh. ok." You'll be platforming along and then run face-first into an obscure adventure game puzzle. When you're not hitting those moments, though, it's SUPER charming, and really fun. Just. I think this is the kinda game you probably just walkthrough. Also, you'll struggle to find that, until you remember the game was originally a free release called Treasure Adventure Game (looked a LOT different). Walkthroughs for that exist, which mostly apply to this game: https://jayisgames.com/review/treasure-adventure-game.php ... I don't mean to sound overly negative, it really is fun. Just. I'm stuck in 3 dungeons now, and I don't have a clue which ones I'm missing an upgrade for, and which ones just have some obtuse solution I'm missing. But even then, I got nearly 6 hours of fun out of it, so, hey, whatevs!
