Clean and beautiful game
TransPlan is a neat physics-puzzle game with an amazing notebook-like art style. The objective of each level is to find a way for a blue square/sphere to reach a square goal. For that, you have the option to drop/pin/unpin/erase various shapes placed in each level, considering gravity and momentum. The main issue is that there’s some randomness involved, so the same steps won’t always lead to the same results. A few times you also must time your actions, and this stuff hurts these kind of puzzle games. But for the most part, I don’t think they’re a huge issue, just annoying when they happen. Despite having 91 levels, the game isn’t too long, lasting a few hours. Each level has an optional objective for completing it under a specific number of steps, but for the most part you’ll naturally do that when beating a level. That rewards you with hints that you can use if you’re stuck. If you enjoy puzzle games, then this is a good recommendation. It’s already cheap at full price anyway, but on sale it’s even better.
The graphics, art style is appealing. But puzzle is somewhat disappointing. There is less of "plan" or solving, rather trial and error with hint reveals. Also, a sequence of operation sometimes works, the other times doesn't, making it harder to predict.

good
Overall 7/10 Transplan is a physics based puzzle game where you get to click on shapes to 'drop' them down (tetris style). The goal is to drop them in the correct order to move the blue shape into the blue objective point. As you progress the game will get a bit tougher since you can 'pin' part of shapes so they interact with the dropped shapes differently, and you can also erase shapes as well. Most of the puzzles are not too difficult (most require between 3-8 moves) and you can figure many of them out with some trial and error. Occasionally it can get a little frustrating because doing the same thing will get you slightly different results. It's also not clear (to me at least) how joined shapes will drop depending on how you click on each one - seems very random actually. In some cases you can click on a stationary object where it is sitting on something pinned and doesn't move, but that'll actually change how it moves later, which doesn't make sense. These are all minor gripes however, since overall the polish is decent and is stable and works as expected. For achievement hunters, this should take between 3-5 hours depending on how much you want to think versus looking at the Guides. Nothing is missable but there is one achievement for meeting/beating the target moves over many levels; for efficiency you should try to get them as you play so you don't need to backtrack.
A cool little physics game, finally got around to playing it after it being in my library for ages and I think it's certainly worth the $3. Sure, it might have non-deterministic physics but it has no 'one and done' solution to a level. There's usually an intended solution that doesn't require any timing, but with a bit of practice you can usually finish a level quite a bit under par.
