"Tractage aux Portes 2: Mob à la Cafétéria" is truly some complete garbage, a bunch of Unity assets dumped on a basic game template to create a bit of political propaganda... the worst kind, yes, student campus politics. Ugh. Could it get any more cringe? What do you do in the game? You interact with individual students in the cafeteria, trying to convince them to vote for a strike through dialogue. The game's design emphasizes a non-linear experience, making dialogue choices to persuade people instead of predetermined paths. The game's story and character interactions are randomly generated each time you play. And the whole thing is of garbage quality. The worst part is that I don't think this was a joke, someone in France thought this would be okay to publish on Steam as a paid product. If that's typical of the French students of today, the country is doomed. There's no English translation for the game, but that's okay. The language of bad games is universal. The graphics aren't great, really low quality Unity assets. That's understandably a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. You deserve better than compromises. This game is fairly dated at 6 years old... it's showing a bit of age and won't give you a very up-to-date gaming experience. There's no initial download price, but the developer was charging $5 USD for this. Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It seems like a nice gesture for the game to have no up-front cost anymore, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. Even after that, this is only free in a rudimentary sense... the developer has their hand out for a "donation" for this as you're expected to buy some extra DLC from Steam... digital panhandling. Like the homeless guys who splash dirty water on your windscreen at the traffic lights. No thanks. The poor quality of this game is also reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the game all-time peak user count was only ONE person. That's right, only one person ever used this at a time. When I tried this for the purposes of reviewing it, I equalled the peak user count for the product. OUCH. The only user activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 100,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality product is to be expected. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.

Amazing, truly a modern era Half-Life with it's innovative game-play. Captivating story and amazing characters. I have nothing but praise for this game. It is amazing in every regard and is critically underrated. This game makes you ponder the meaning of life and existence as a whole. I have shed many tears while playing this game. Its many twists and turns will constantly leave you on the edge of your seat. The game-play will always leave you wanting more, like a drug addict looking for his next high. The story is the best I've ever seen, period. I love the characters and they are all very well thought out and like-able even with their respective flaws. The villains are the best I've ever seen in gaming for sure and possibly the best in all forms of media. If you play this game you might never want to play another game again. Overall 100/100, best game of all time.
Before I played Tractage aux Portes 2: Mob à la Cafétéria, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
