About
Track Star is a high school track & field career simulation. Start as a lowly freshman, build your athlete week by week, and find out if you've got what it takes to win a national title and earn a college scholarship.
Each week you manage your training load, protect your energy, and decide which meets are worth the risk. Push too hard and you're injured. Play it too safe and your rival pulls ahead. There's no perfect playbook, every week presents a choice.
World events shape your seasons too. A heat wave tanks a week of training. A rival school produces a phenom who's suddenly on your radar. The news cycle doesn't stop for your training schedule.
Choose your specialty and shape your career around it. A Sprints build plays completely differently from Distance or Jumps. Your stats, training focus, and event selection all compound across four seasons. By senior year, you'll know exactly what kind of athlete you built.
The championship path is real and it's unforgiving. Make your Class meet. Advance to State. Survive Regionals. Only a few athletes reach Nationals — and only one wins. Fall short and you're running the annual Turkey Trot with everyone else who peaked too early.
Every career has a rival. They show up at your meets, they remember your times, and they're not rooting for you. Whether you chase them down or spend four years in their shadow depends entirely on the athlete you built.
College recruitment isn't guaranteed. By senior year, your performance history either opens doors or closes them. Some athletes walk away with scholarship offers. Some walk away with a good story. A few walk away with both.

Track Star is a really enjoyable game that still has so much potential! Really looking forward to College, World Championships & Olympic updates.
Best Track game I've played. Newly realesed and still need some tweeks with correct names and things like that (saying you ran the shot put) but very good game.
In my opinion this an amazing simulation game if you like track and field and simulation. Get the game if you can because this has really captivated my interest.
Too simple and short- not worth the money
I played the demo for around 10 hours. This has more content so I'm scared for how long I'll play the full game. It's a great game and the dev is very active in his community. Do yourself a favor and buy this game. Infinity/10 (wish i could go further than infinity) Shout out to Goose Hollow Games for making an insane game!!!!!!
Fun little sim game that serves a cool niche. As it currently plays, it is an addicting exercise in chasing high scores. You make choices and get to watch numbers go up on your stat page. If you make the right choices and the right stats are increased, your performance in events improves. This feels good. The person making the game has already provided patches, almost daily, since release. These updates have been sensible, and elaborate nicely on the concept presented in the 1.0 build. It seems the direction the developer wants to take is fleshing out some of the RPG elements of the game. The rivalry system is nice but definitely has room to grow, I am excited to see where the developer takes it. I am also excited for the eventual college update. I took a chance and bought it on release. I've been addicted to spamming playthroughs, trying new things and chasing achievements. Now that I have all of the achievements, I am working through getting a perfect 100 career score on each archetype. Once that's done, I'll probably work on filling my hall of fame with perfect 100s.
Fun game, its challenging to get some of the achievements, but has some nice balancing
The idea is very charming, the learning curve is quite gentle, and the game flows fairly well. A single career takes less than an hour, so the main goal is to play through multiple careers and try to develop a new athlete who is better or very different than the previous one each time. I think it provides an excellent foundation for future developments that could explore the concept in greater depth and introduce richer variables and mechanics: expanding the training system, adding more variety to meets and events, and adding more personality and nuance to the rivalry system. The graphics are simple and have a very strong “AI-generated vibe.” By now, this almost feels like the new standard: even though it looks familiar and somewhat overused, we seem to have grown used to seeing this style everywhere and treating it as normal. That said, I really like the font!
Not Bad, would love to see more updates to this in the future
It´s aight but there is not really a lot of content but i get it. Its okay to click through it to relax but it was kinda sad to see the game end after one hour right after college choice.
