游戏虽然算有点创意，但是坦克飞机狙击塔操作手感稀烂，还有就是转视角挺别扭，关卡设计还可以，不过有可能会出现黑屏无法进入游戏、不能正常运行等问题，这个的话你的系统盘用户名最好是英文的，然后就是从“控制面板-程序和功能-启用或关闭Windwos 功能-旧版组件”中，取消勾选“DirectPlay”后应该就可以正常运行了，不需要进行其他例如兼容性等设置，一般就能正常运行了。以前玩过，算是半情怀玩家补票了，没玩过的建议云通关就行了，买来折磨，玩玩别的。

Played the original over a decade ago so I came back to HD kind of fresh and I wanted to play a TD game on my Steam Deck. While it does lack a bit of optimization, the gameplay was pretty enjoyable, some of the later levels can get pretty difficult since you have to be managing turrets and also going straight into the action with player controlled vehicles/nests. Can't comment on the changes done since I really can't remember much of the original but all in all I think it's a great TD title and was worth the sale price.

The problem isn't to much with the game itself. It's that it's advertised as being an HD version of the original but the graphics actually look worse. Also there are some little changes that can be off-putting to fans of the original. My advice: don't buy this but try the original. But be advised the version of the original that comes with Toy Soldiers: Cold War has been tampered with also.

This remaster adds some more features to the original game but with some bugs as well. The levels are also a bit more difficult since everything costs more compared to the original. There is also a multiplayer mode with split screen available. If you have the "Toy Soldiers: Complete" game, then this might not be worth it. I recommend getting that game over this.
