Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 3 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Towerbolt is a precision platformer with an emphasis on speed and fluid ascending movement. Set in the far future where robots are waging war against humanity, play as a Bolter, an augmented half human, half robot super soldier, and break out of a futuristic Megatower prison!

Each floor of the Megatower is equipped with deadly security lasers that will chase you as you ascend the tower. Outsprint these lethal lasers every floor while avoiding other security measures on your climb to the top.

Towerbolt is designed to be easy to pick up with a simple one button control scheme, but leaves lots of room for mastery with a high skill ceiling. Master the Bolter Charge mechanic and chain jumps without touching to ground to build vertical momentum to ascend faster and finish levels with lightning speed.

In Towerbolt, speed is more important than being careful or precise. The only thing that will kill you is the big laser chasing you, and every alarm hazard tile you touch will speed up the laser instead of killing you. Making imprecise jumps and making mistakes is okay, as long as you're fast!

The Tower spans over 150 floors and features new obstacles that will challenge and test you on your path to escape. Each floor is a micro platforming challenge designed to be quick to try, retry, and finish to keep you moving fast throughout the game.
Optional challenge collectables and personal rankings per floor. Replay previously cleared floors to collect missed collectables and to improve your Speed and Stealth Ranks!
Built in accessibility options and modular difficulty settings with Assist Mode. Tune the laser speed to your liking or give yourself extra jumps!
Vibrant neon pixel art aesthetic

So much fun!! I feel like this game checks every box that it's aiming for with flying colors. The art and vibe are solid, the platforming is tight, and it has such a simple and clean gameplay loop that can quickly become entrancing. Normally I don't spend a lot of time trying to "optimize" my time in platforming games, but with the nature of the room to room based gameplay and the rising laser I found myself really enjoying replaying scenes just trying to find the fastest possible escape. The mechanic of being able to jump higher after consecutive wall jumps fits in so cleanly here, its like the rooms allow for progression without utilizing it too heavily but once you start to poke at the system it really opens up a lot of speed and routing possibilities. I've had the pleasure of meeting the dev at an event as well, and they are just so lovely! These are the types of developers I want to support, they not only make great and fun art but also spread the goodwill in the real world as well. If you're on the fence about this one even slightly, try out the demo! It gives a great taste of the core loop so you know exactly what you're signing up for.
A fun vertical platformer heavily reminiscent of walljumping in Super Metroid or Megaman X. The ability to build up speed and jump power by chaining without staying on the floor and using alarms that raise the killing floor instead of directly damage to end the run gives the run a nice amount of fluidity, flexibility, and forgiveness in completing the run as well as provides separate dimensions to optimize for between raw speed and precise jumping, rated as "stealth".

This is a solid platformer title that I think will appeal to anybody who enjoys speedrunning or precision platformers. Difficult enough to provide a challenge, but not so hard that the average person can't finish it within a few hours. The cyberchips are a nice way of providing a bit of extra challenge, and I appreciate that the player's best performance ranking is kept for each stage. My favorite aspect of the game is that it quickly immerses you in the core gameplay loop while making effective use of just a few controls. The level design is well-thought out, as there were several stages where the developer thought ahead and predicted some of the moves that players would make - quite devious. I enjoyed the cutscenes that played throughout as well. I would appreciate an option to turn down the intensity of some of the lighting effects - the red light beam that moves up the stage is quite intense and felt uncomfortably bright at times. Also, though this did not detract from the game it did feel as though the quality of pixel art varied significantly between different cutscenes. Some felt highly polished, while others felt as though they were still in a rough draft state. Overall, for a game was entirely made by a single person it's an incredibly impressive effort! The controls are highly responsive, players can immediately reset upon dying, and everything feels fluid, responsive, and snappy. Overall, solid 8/10. Fans of this type of game will definitely have fun playing this game.
Really well made platformer focusing on speed more than anything. Game feels great to play especially when you get up to full speed and get in the groove of movement. A must play for those who like fast platformers.
This is the tightest I have ever gripped a video game controller, and that is a complimentary statement. Sometimes I'll struggle with a level or a collectible until it suddenly "clicks" and that flow state never fails to satisfy. An excellent pixel-art style, memorable music, and controls that just work. High-intensity platforming that provides a serious challenge without ever becoming frustrating in a gameplay loop that rewards having the guts to make risky jumps!
im really bad at it. but its a dope arcade game! hope the dev fixes a few things with like cloud saves but the game itself is just fine. worthy for your steamdeck.
