There's no actual A.I. A nation can have 1 settlement, 1 piece of grain in the storehouse and 1 Newport left and still can be able to afford an entire stack of soldiers. I trigger a civil war around turn 50 while i have triarii, Hastati and equites and the seperatists (the smaller breakaway empire with less money and tech) will have praetorians, Legionaires, night vision goggles and cluster munitions. The game can be fun if you like map painting simulators, but there isn't really a difficulty adjustment bar, it's just a "give the computer unfair advantages" bar. I have never felt like I've been outflanked, outperformed, or outsmarted. It's just that computer controlled mobs are just as powerful as Legionaires. A.I. is too chaotic. Let's say you push east to try and take Greece, the computer will see that you're doing well and all of a sudden the Iceni will declare war on you for no reason.

Not bad. Quote: "Remember Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, the Life. Probably worth a google?"
