Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5.29/day in the week to Sep 1 → 4.43/day in the week after.

for that juicy sound of atillery fire, and getting a perfect broadside salvo into an enmy merchant and to achive my childhood dream of global domination 10/10 - it has aged ofc... but still better than the newer TW games

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.57/day in the week to Aug 16 → 4.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

one of my favorites.
Super spiel leider nicht so umfangreich wie Napoleon Total War aber sonst ist das Spiel eines der besten Total War teile
Classic 10/10 old gem
Είναι παιχνίδι που παίζεται συνέχεια όσα χρόνια και αν περάσουν, έχει διαχρονική αξία.-
Decent game!
Serdecznie polecam:-D
I think therefore I am
In its favour TW Empire is epic. In fact that's an understatement. If you want to control most of the known world then on the surface this is the game for you. Unfortunately when you dedicate a lot of hours to the game you start to not only notice the flaws but become irritated by them. It's fairly buggy with some ridiculous aspects such as elimanting France in a handful of turns because they only have two regions, There's also a bit too many factions which makes the game very chaotic and messy which spoils much of the fun in playing It's certainly the most divisive game in the franchise. A lot of people put this near the top which I can understand , and a lot of people put it near the bottom. I wouldn't go that far but when I start to play it again after a long absence I then start remembering why the game disappointed me. I did give the vanilla game of Napoleon TW a negative review because it was lacking compared to the DarthMod version so in the interests of fairness I have to award Empire a negative review . The irony is that if you combined the epic scale of Empire with the detailed , polished and focussed maps of Napoleon then we'd have the greatest turn based war game ever. I don't want to criticise Medieval 3 without playing it but why do we need a sequel to the best Total War game when what what we really needed was TW Empire 2
