This modern re-release fixes all of the problems previous re-release iterations have had with compatibility and function. Unfortunately, I haven't found any way to access the normal "Options" screen (for changing video and audio preferences) but the save/load functions work perfectly (better than most modern games, in fact) and the gameplay and videos run flawlessly. That said, both the audio and video quality are very poor by today's standards (and the audio was not great even by it's release date's standards) so be warned, and don't be put off by it! The game is full of rich, mostly-logical, mostly-reasonable puzzles (basically all point/click adventure games have puzzles that only make sense to the creators) and features an ensemble cast of incredible actors (Christopher Lloyd, Dom Deluise, Christopher Walken, Hank Azeria, and Ben Stein, to name a few), beautiful art, funny/fun/silly writing, and TOON tropes galore! If you like ridiculous and obnoxoius humour with some cleverness and philosophy sprinkled in, you're going to love Toonstruck!

very funny I laugh
Best game ever! It's a shame they don't make em today anymore!!!
Charming as all hell, but I cant help but feel the cancelled sequel was desperately necessary to make the story properly cohesive. Still, the game is fun and the characters are, again, extremely charming.
Daqueles Point N Clicks infernais, com um gosto duvidoso e uma temática estranhíssima. O legal é que isso nunca seria feito hoje.
good old adventure game
bizzarrro
Toonstruck was a blast. Christopher Lloyd was a perfect fit for Drew Blanc and felt completely at home alongside the animated cast. The whole game has a very LucasArts-style point-and-click feel, which I appreciated because it means you can focus on the world, puzzles, and jokes without worrying about cheap deaths. The humor landed for me hard. It is full of sexual innuendo, and the dynamic between the corrupted sheep and cow was hilarious. The voice acting is superb, and while the music is not especially original, it will feel instantly familiar to anyone who grew up watching cartoons in the 80s and 90s. My only real complaints are a sliding tile puzzle and a mandatory arcade mini-game. I already hate sliding tile puzzles, and the arcade section really should have been skippable. Even with those issues, I had a great time with Toonstruck and highly recommend it.
