Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 23 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Your keyboard is your arsenal. Your words are your weapons.
Tomb of the Bloodletter is a strategic word roguelike where each letter of your keyboard channels unpredictable Magicks. Combine them into tactical words to unleash devastating attacks, clever defenses, and absurd effects as you battle your way through the cursed halls of a dingy, haunted tomb.

Whether you play as the Heretic, Adventurer, Scholar, or Prophet, every character brings quirks and abilities that twist the rules of the game and change your approach to combat. A Scholar whose brilliance fades turn by turn. A Prophet indebted to a demanding “lord.” No matter who you choose, you won’t survive unscathed.

At the start of each floor, you’ll craft a word to form your path. Choose between rooms that strengthen your arsenal, restore your health, or twist your Magick rerolls. You can have it all… if your vocabulary is sharp enough to forge it.
Enter a floor and your letters hum with Magicks. Create tactical combinations by mixing Magicks that should probably never interact. They obey peculiar rules, and mastering them is half the fun. One might strike harder if placed at the end of a word, another might heal you, and a third might hurt you simply for using too many vowels. The most cursed can become your greatest weapon… if you’re clever or desperate enough.
As you descend, you’ll acquire new Magicks, whether you want to or not, slowly turning your keyboard into a deck of magnificent, uncontrollable chaos. It’s not just your loadout; it’s your spellbook, your weapon rack, and your greatest liability.
Success isn’t a big vocabulary, it’s tactical combinations: sequencing the right letters, at the right time, in the right word.
The Tomb crawls with cursed beasts, deceitful specters, and entities best left unspoken. Each foe is handcrafted with unique mechanics that demand clever thinking and precise wordplay to overcome. Use every ounce of your tactical and verbal acumen to overcome their dastardly tricks!

Claim the Bloodletter—or else it shall spell your doom.

Fun and challenging, also frustrating but in the best way that makes you want to keep trying again and again (and again). It's also taught me that my vocabulary is not as vast as I once thought lol
Great game, worth buying, however absolutely needs an update for better combat flow and tweaking some enemies that can basically softlock you
Didn't get the hype. Definitely not for me.

oh this is very, very good. Incredibly free-form for a word game, and lots of difficult, interesting deckbuilding choices
This game has been truly refreshing. I feel like I have to use a different part of my brain to play this game, but it's also incredibly chill because you can take it at your own pace. It's not perfect, but there are some really cool ideas in here, and it gets way more right than it gets wrong. Also, try playing this with a friend in the room (or on discord)!
A nice twist on the rogue-like format. Instead of accumulating game knowledge, you accumulate actual knowledge. You'll find yourself at a stoplight and thinking "Oh bamboozled!". Can be a bit frustrating at times but runs are generally quick enough that it's short lived.
Pretty creative with gameplay mechanics and has a lot of ideas. I like how all of the different characters function.
This is a fun little game with fantastic art and a really great gameplay loop. I think battles can drag on a little too long but the concept is super neat and enjoyable. I enjoyed the few hours I put into it and imagine that I'll continue to do so.
This is a really cool concept for a game! Think Slay The Spire, but instead of a "deck" you have abilities/attacks that fall randomly on a keyboard and you spell out a word to use them. It's a fun puzzle to try and figure a word to use as many of the letters as possible, or to fit in other weird restrictions depending on the monster you're up against. The music is great as well and the characters have fun designs. A couple of suggestions for things I'd like to see: I found the "bouncing" animation before the keyboard drops into frame really jarring due to the contrast between the bright yellow box and the backgrounds, I know there is an option to reduce keyboard movements but I don't have any issue with the other animations, just that one. Additionally it'd be cool to see some different difficulty settings, like maybe an easy mode to help those who have a smaller vocabulary or just want a more casual experience without wracking their brain for obscure words (as much as I like doing that - the challenge is fun but makes it harder to recommend to those who aren't as into word games)
Definitely not easy and requires you to use the full breadth of your vocabulary, but so far it's been really fun! I've enjoyed seeing all the different enemies and love that there are multiple characters to unlock with various abilities of their own. I also really enjoy the art style, and the background music is very catchy. Can't wait to play it some more!!
