In this stealth-action thriller, a terrorist group known as the Engineers launches the Blacklist, a series of escalating attacks on US interests. Only one man can stop them: legendary covert agent Sam Fisher.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.57/day in the week to Sep 18 → 7.75/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
OPERATE WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS
Sam is back in his tactical suit and goggles, more lethal and agile than ever. Granted the freedom to do whatever it takes to stop the Blacklist, he races across the globe to uncover the source of this devastating threat.
OWN YOUR PLAYSTYLE
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist builds on the franchise’s stealth roots while expanding into action and adventure. Players can define their own playstyle and are rewarded accordingly:
- Ghost players remain undetected.
- Assault players confront threats head-on.
- Panther players strike silently and lethally with precision.
TOOLS OF THE TRADE
Take down the Engineers using advanced gadgets like the upgraded Snake Cam and the Micro-trirotor Drone. Fan favorites return, including the Sticky Shocker and the brutal curved Karambit knife. Stealth enthusiasts can abduct and carry enemies, while the Killing in Motion system lets players mark and execute multiple targets in one fluid, cinematic move.
BUILD A NEW ECHELON
Sam is forming a new Echelon unit: his team, his rules. Anna “Grim” Grímsdóttir returns as technical operations manager, CIA operative Isaac Briggs brings firepower, and hacker Charlie Cole rounds out the crew. Fourth Echelon operates from the Paladin, a repurposed stealth airliner equipped with unlimited resources and cutting-edge tech.

Melhor jogo stealth, já feito.
I really enjoyed playing Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist I have played the previous one conviction and I thought that was an absolute amazing game for its time and the same goes with Blacklist the gameplay the flow of the story The stealth mechanics there is so much things in that game and I think it's very good game overall I would definitely recommend people playing this but I would also recommend playing conviction first for more of the story sort of plot but nevertheless Blacklist is a very solid game and especially for its time to it is really easy to run as well to, one thing as well is to go into the launch options and put in this command because I did experience some crashing but I put this command in and everything worked perfectly after that “-offline -offline_mode”

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 10: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I believe I'm a good person with flaws, just like everyone else. After all, we all make mistakes. This is why I give Ubisoft a lot of grace with all their terrible ideas, as a majority of them tend to come from upper management. But damn, are the developers incompetent too?? Never mind you guys shilling Ubisoft Connect, and never mind the fact that you guys don't even make Splinter Cell games anymore. Yes, we can blame upper management, but at some point the devs gotta take accountability, as they are the ones developing these games. I couldn’t play Chaos Theory because it and its engine were bugged out, so I opted for Blacklist, which was a lot of fun. Unfortunately, it crashed every 20 minutes or so, just in time for when I'm about to finish my missions. Even with quick saves and checkpoints, I still gotta restart the entire mission. Well, I'm done! Screw this company and every other neglectful AAA company. Stop neglecting your beloved games and assign developers to fix your old games. I'm not even a quarter through the game since I've been doing the same mission four times. Ubisoft has a rogues gallery of amazing IPs, but at this point, I hope they go bankrupt so new management can clean house, terminate Ubisoft Connect from all their games, bring back neglected IPs, and fix their new and old games. This company is incompetent from bottom to top! (I haven't done it yet cause im fed up) The Fix: The crash happens because the game gets caught in a loop attempting to check in with dead Ubisoft online services. Running the game in offline mode bypasses these checks and prevents the crashes. I find it funny that the game's store page notifies us that “multiplayer and online features are no longer available,” yet launches in online mode, causing crashes for hundreds and thousands of players. How does that make any sense?!

Just an all around awful game really. I don't understand how people look back fondly to this game. It's really bad.
Thumbs up for the game Thumbs down for needing to put in a password for Ubiplay so I basically dont bother and play something else.
