Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Splinter Cell Blacklist is a great game. The stealth gameplay in this title is fun to master, and it is certainly very open to both lethal and non-lethal approaches. Story is fine, kinda Marvel-movie esque at times, but the gameplay I what I will commend the most. Dogs are annoying, as well as some of the quirks of each level for 100% stealth routes. I wish it would have went something more akin to Chaos Theory's atmosphere and tone instead of generic action media of the early 2010's, but even that part is something unique to like about this title. Nothing plays like any Splinter Cell game for stealth games (in my experience), and this is a fantastic entry in the Splinter Cell franchise. With that being said absolutely DO NOT BUY THIS PORT. The Steam version of this game constantly crashes after approximately 30 minutes, or alternatively, whilst at a loading screen. Forced offline mode works sort of, but you need to apply every CPU core to smooth the game out after going through that process, which can be a pain in the ass if you want to use fullscreen. Not a functional game on modern hardware to say the least. If you hate the Ubisoft launcher, you will love logging into the service every time you boot the damn game. I still have NOT found a consistent fix yet that worked for me. The fact of the matter is that Ubisoft are still selling an unstable buggy mess and I was tempted by a sale to repurchase this classic, unaware of the issues presented in the reviews. I implore you to enjoy this title on an Xbox One-Xbox Series for the smoothest 1080p-4k experience. Hell if you've got an old PS3, Xbox 360, or Wii U system lying around, play it there. Check your local mom and pop used game store, eBay, or other storefront. Used physical copies are pretty fairly priced. Beats constant crashing by a country mile. Cannot confirm if Playstation has this on their streaming service. Yeah it sucks cause mouse and keyboard feel nice, as well as the PC smoothness but just don't even bother with this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I do hope you will be able to play this game cause it is quite a fun Splinter Cell title. Shame Ubisoft, especially in their current state, won't bother to fix this game. Have a good day, thanks for reading this review, and do not buy ts.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 10: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Would love to recommend, but it's unstable to the point of being unplayable. Took me a good while to get it to even launch, but then had constant CTDs, cursor flickering all over my screen, audio issues, and more.
The last great splinter cell game; oh wait it was actually the last one 💀.. But seriously its an amazing game. Can't expect ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to make a game like this in 2026, it was actually their last non-open world single player game which didn't had copy paste content for 100+ hrs........
IMPORTANT SO IT WON'T CRASH: Go to game's properties on steam library and put this in the launch options so it won't crash: -offline -offline_mode --------------------------------------------------------------------- For some reason people don't bother to try to find fixes, all they do is put negative reviews for the most lame reasons, regardless if the developers have neglected it after they closed down the servers. There are guides for everything these days. Great underrated game, with very few issues, and it is very much a very complete game with a lot of content (especially at release before the servers shut down). People only hated it because of Sam Fisher's "look" and "new voice" which is just nitpicking, for the look yeah he doesn't look like him but the voice isn't that bad, the original actor couldn't perform as he had health problems. Try to get through and stop nitpicking, that's all people do and it is a shame because it is a very well made game. If you are able to pass the first 2 difficult missions you will understand it is a great stealth game and it has an option for aggressive gameplay too, though it is far less slow than the original games and has less very much almost no night locations it still works on its own. The animations and a lot of gameplay mechanics are ahead of their time for 2013, the acting is great, and even the story is really good, the level designs are all really well made and it has a lot of replayability. Here is a good gameplay showcase youtube video of "aggressive stealth" of what you can expect if you learn this game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pS09JZYs38Y Stealth games are still slow even if they made this one slightly faster, so unless you don't have the patience or the attention span, this game is NOT for you, other than that I recommend it if you will bother trying to learn how to play it. If it wasn't for Sam Fisher's look and voice, plus his storyline still not coming to a nice conclusion, aside other tiny issues it might be a perfect game, it is that well made for being from 2013. Either 8/10 or 9/10.
(June 24, 2026) To get Blacklist to start on Windows 11, delete systemdetect.dll Steam 2 Controller does not work. If anyone finds a solution please message me the steps. ~ Muah, happy gaming. =================== Update (6/30/2026): Installed on DIY PC running Steam OS (3.9 beta channel). Steam Controller 2 works. Blacklist boots AFTER logging into Ubisoft. Ubisoft box will popup after you click on the game. User must login before game fully opens.
what absolutely sours my experience, is that you have to sign in every time into Ubisoft connect. Essentially you need an internet connection to play this single player offline game!!!!
Crashes every 15 minutes and is less a stealth sandbox and more a collection of stealth themed missions from a mid-tier Call of Duty game
Every purchase of a Ubisoft game is another reminder not to buy a game from them. These worthless monkeys make me enter my password EVERYTIME I launch the game. They couldn't be bothered to fix basic launch issues. The only reason I even bought it is because I had it on xbox360 and figured it was good so there will be no way they ♥♥♥♥ it up. Guess I was wrong. I am now trying to start the game but I have to jump through Ubisoft Connect hoops for single-player. DO NOT BUY UBISOFT GAMES
This game is amazing, however with the constant crashes when trying to start the game, the game does not start and if it does say that it is "running", there is nothing showing. I have tried 19 times on 2 different computers, and the results are the same, constant crashes and no actual game playing. I have tried multiple "fixes" to get the game to run, but nothing worked. It's a shame, because this game is amazing and fun, but the constant issues before the game even start and it makes this game painfully unbearable.
