In this stealth-action thriller, a terrorist group known as the Engineers launches the Blacklist, a series of escalating attacks on US interests. Only one man can stop them: legendary covert agent Sam Fisher.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
OPERATE WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS
Sam is back in his tactical suit and goggles, more lethal and agile than ever. Granted the freedom to do whatever it takes to stop the Blacklist, he races across the globe to uncover the source of this devastating threat.
OWN YOUR PLAYSTYLE
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist builds on the franchise’s stealth roots while expanding into action and adventure. Players can define their own playstyle and are rewarded accordingly:
- Ghost players remain undetected.
- Assault players confront threats head-on.
- Panther players strike silently and lethally with precision.
TOOLS OF THE TRADE
Take down the Engineers using advanced gadgets like the upgraded Snake Cam and the Micro-trirotor Drone. Fan favorites return, including the Sticky Shocker and the brutal curved Karambit knife. Stealth enthusiasts can abduct and carry enemies, while the Killing in Motion system lets players mark and execute multiple targets in one fluid, cinematic move.
BUILD A NEW ECHELON
Sam is forming a new Echelon unit: his team, his rules. Anna “Grim” Grímsdóttir returns as technical operations manager, CIA operative Isaac Briggs brings firepower, and hacker Charlie Cole rounds out the crew. Fourth Echelon operates from the Paladin, a repurposed stealth airliner equipped with unlimited resources and cutting-edge tech.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 10: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I had an amazing time with this game over 10 years ago. Unfortunately, as it stands, the game seems barely playable on newer hardware. I've tried multiple fixes, including launch options one, but none of them helped to resolve the stuttering, audio issues, or low FPS after Alt-Tabbing. It's a shame; you can try to play through the whole game, but keep in mind that you should test it right away. If none of the publicly available fixes work for you, just get a refund.

5/10
I don't have enough time in Splinter Cell: Blacklist to offer a true review of this product. However, I can share my impressions and why I doubt I'll continue playing. It's not the absence of Michael Ironside. It's not the script, the characters, or any glaring technical problems. It's the way it plays -- in particular, the way it controls. For all of Sam's new mobility, the controls in Splinter Cell have never felt less precise. I find it odd having the same button inputs for multiple actions, which has worked for me in other games but not so much here. I also find it odd toggling between lethal and non-lethal hand-to-hand when Chaos Theory did it more elegantly a long time ago: right click for knockout, left click for kill. This version of Sam feels clumsy, and I can't rely on these controls to make him do what I want. Sometimes, it's preposterous what it lets you get away with. In old Splinter Cell, a group of guards is a challenge. In Blacklist, a group of guards is a triviality -- most of the time, you can Mark and Execute. Some problems with this: (1) If he can Mark and Execute now, why couldn't he do it before? Same with monkey-hopping up the cliffside. (2) It takes control away while the game does something. You're not actually doing the thing -- actions not corresponding to your inputs. (3) How is such a feature realistic? I thought this was Tom Clancy. If you want a modern-day Assassin's Creed, you might enjoy this -- seriously, you might -- but if you want Splinter Cell in the traditional vein, this isn't it.
