TOEM: A Photo Adventure

I played through the entire game twice, once on another platform and once here, and it was such a breeze both times. Simply walking around and exploring felt so good, and I loved every second of it. There's really no downside to this game and I can't wait to check out the sequel.

On sale recommendation. TOEM is a cute, wonderful, but not perfect game. At it's core, it's essentially a 3-d version of "find the missing object" books. The puzzles aren't complicated, and the main selling point is getting immersed into the stylized cartoon world, which the devs do a superb job at crafting. It's simply a relaxing experience. I have some quibbles about the game, though. First, to 100% the game you need to do significant backtracking which already leaves a sour taste in my mouth. But the backtracking is made worse since travel isn't the smoothiest experience in the game. For instance, there's a level where you have to wait for a slow climbing animation to get between many sections. Similarly, you have to use awkardly mapped controls to move objects/animals using attachments to your camera. Second, the aural experience could be better. The worse offender is the pair of sneakers, the one item that speeds up your movment, which has a teeth-bothering squelch to them. Third, the game leans heavily into uncreative archetypes: here's the generic mad scientist, here's old fisherman with a story about a big fish, here's the intense newspaper editor barking orders. These quibbles aren't enough for me to warrant a negative review, though. I simply cannot recommend a game that costs $20 that only has 3-6 hours of gameplay. My personal standard is at least 1 hour of gameplay per dollar.

神作啊这个真的太好玩了😭 非常休闲的拍照小游戏，基本不会卡关，全收集要素也不难实在不行看着攻略走就好了，特别萌啊。画风很独特一眼忘不掉，期待续作！ 甚至还有免费额外关卡啊我滴天这太好玩太美味了

还是很不错的，骨折个位数的价格，本体加额外内容流程4到5小时，体验一场乌托邦式的摄影旅行，唯一的缺点就是有些任务描述不是很清楚
