Весёлая, но довольно простая аркада. Она не претендует на новаторство и отлично справляется со своей главной задачей: на несколько часов подарить ощущение классической аркады с приятными современными дополнениями.

Fixed shooter game with a Galaga feel. Retro 16 bit visuals, and decent though repetitive music. Gameplay is straightforward - kill all enemies, score points, and obtain cash that may be spent in upgrades. Around 70 or so levels, each with a different assortment of enemies - or bosses. Difficulty is another matter as there are no redos in a playthrough once all lives are gone, and the difficulty ramps up, with the latter half of the game offering quite a good challenge, only for the game to reloop with a higher difficulty once the final boss is killed. In case one needs to interrupt a playthrough it can be continued at the level it was gotten off later, though no direct save/load system otherwise. A good example of simple to play hard to master game. The game could benefit from additional difficulty or game settings for those interested in a more casual experience. One of the best fixed shooters available in the Steam Store, and with a decent price. 8/10
Ye. :D Well, was fun in 2012. ;D
Most of this game is great. Mechanics, presentation, etc., all great. I have only one complaint, but it's a big one: starting around level 40 (out of 100), the game keeps getting easier. Your ship's power increases at a much faster rate than the enemies', causing the difficulty, skill required, and fun all to decrease. In the beginning you have to finesse your movement and time your shots carefully, but the game devolves into just blindly mashing Fire. Boring, irritating, and at my age physically painful. It's sad to see so much wasted potential. Still. The first 40 levels are SO good that it's still worth buying and playing.
Titan Attacks es un Space Invaders muy divertido y adictivo. Y desafiante. En su día me tuvo bien enganchado y lo disfruté como un animal. Ojalá hubiese existido una secuela que agrandara algo que desde luego ya está muy bien.
I like how this game is fair, it gives you quite a hard time but also gives you the agility* and firepower to win. *If playing with a mouse or a arcade trackball, which was my case, playing this original arcade at a bus station way back in 1985... (˵ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°˵)
I think original was better.
A fun take on Space Invaders with more modern design approaches and art. The arcade-y loop couldn't keep me interested long term, but if you're someone who can get lost in an arcade game, Titan Attacks is a great take on Space Invaders that's well worth checking out.
Broken fullscreen, requires a 6 year old developer post that doesn't even fix it anymore. maybe remove the option if it breaks your game to fullscreen and F11 cant even unfullscreen (even though the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bloatware on windows can) . or maybe FIX YOUR GAME!!! nothing else breaks on fullscreen like this.
