Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 7.57/day in the week to Aug 7 → 9.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game has felt very repetitive and slow paced -- just not my type of game it seems.

This is a very good game, but it has issues. This review will probably be deleted immediately, but I have to make it. Many of the books are very woke, supporting trans and gay issues. This game obviously has an agenda. It is so sad, as otherwise this would be a great game. Do we have to have even our games supporting an agenda that a very low percentage of people even believe in? But that is where we are in this world.
Such a nice and chill game to come to after a long day's work. Didn't expect to play it as much as I did tbh, I thought I would only play for about couple of hours before getting bored. Very pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong. There's actually tons to do within this cozy bookshop. It might seem like a simple idle game in the surface but there's a lot of small details that I love about this game. From how you can tinker out your shop's decorations to max out a specific sale chance of a genre you want, to how you have to manually open and close your shop by clicking your door and windows every day. There's a lot to like about this game On paper, this is a very simple game. It's basically an idle simulator with the theme being a tiny bookshop seller. You start the day planning out what kind of books you want to put in the shelves, and then you choose a location to sell your books. Some locations prefer specific genre like Fantasy, while others may prefer Factual books instead. You start the morning and the day ended automatically when it's dusk. The day doesn't last too long, so it neve outstays its welcome. The game then gives you a report (in a form of newspaper) that tells you how many books you sold yesterday and what kind of genres are the best and worst sellers. This record is also saved in calendar which you can access in your journal. And then, you do it again for the next day. You stock your books, open your shop, and end the day. Between the days, you can customize your shop with decorations from various sizes. Some decor might give you benefits like increasing the chance of a specific genre being sold, others might actually decrease that chance, in exchance of more coins being sold per book for example. You might also choose a decoration that doesn't really do anything, but it's jsut nice to have to add to your bookshop's general vibes. There's also side quests in the game which are simple affairs and not that complicated, but it gets you attached to the warm but otherwise cookie-cutter characters that inhabit the town. As any good cozy game does, it's great to see these characters have some sort of story development as the days go by. All in all, Tiny Bookshop is a great collection for the cozy gamers out there, and a must have for book lovers anywhere!
