Timberman VS rozwija prosty pomysł z oryginalnego Timbermana i robi dokładnie to, czego można oczekiwać – więcej rąbania, więcej rywalizacji i więcej chaosu. Podstawowa mechanika nadal polega na jak najszybszym ścinaniu drzewa i unikaniu gałęzi. Zasady można zrozumieć w kilka sekund, ale bicie kolejnych rekordów potrafi zaskakująco wciągnąć. Największą nowością jest multiplayer. Tryb Race pozwala rywalizować nawet czterem graczom, a lokalna zabawa świetnie sprawdza się podczas krótkich sesji ze znajomymi. Do tego mamy klasyczny tryb nieskończony, Hero Mode oraz ponad 50 postaci do odblokowania. Pixelowa grafika jest prosta, ale doskonale pasuje do zręcznościowego charakteru gry. Oczywiście mechanika pozostaje bardzo nieskomplikowana i po dłuższym czasie robi się powtarzalna. Timberman VS nigdy jednak nie udaje czegoś większego. Prosta, szybka i uzależniająca zręcznościówka – szczególnie dobra w multiplayerze. Polecam.
Круто, конечно, что теперь можно поиграть с телевизора как ребята в трейлере, но зачем было мультиплеер ломать? Оригинальная игра до сих пор запускается в отличии от этой версии, да и саундтрек там в мильон раз круче был...

Timberman Vs is the absolute best example of how to take an absurdly simple mobile game concept and squeeze 100% pure, arcade fun out of it. While the classic version gets boring fast, the "Vs" edition takes that exact same core mechanic and turns it into an absolutely brilliant, high-energy party game that is impossible to put down. The game's primary strength lies in its multiplayer—both local on a shared screen and online. When your buddy is sitting right next to you and both of you are frantically mashing keys in a total frenzy to level a tree faster than the other, the adrenaline rush goes off the charts. One tiny mistake, a single misplaced move under pressure, and you get smashed in the face by a branch while your friend laughs right in your face. It's this exact competition and shared experience that breathes entirely new life into the game. The developers didn't stop at just adding a second player, either. Timberman Vs is simply packed to the brim with content: Tons of modes: From classic races to battles and Minigame Mayhem, keeping the gameplay fresh. Tons of characters: Dozens of crazy skins and pop-culture-inspired heroes to unlock, complete with unique animations. Great presentation: The pixel art looks cleaner than ever, and the dynamic soundtrack perfectly amps up the tempo for every split-second race. In conclusion, if you're looking for the ultimate party game for quick sessions, couch co-op laughs, or a true test of who has better reflexes and faster fingers, this is a must-have. It takes a basic formula and turns it into a masterpiece of pure couch-competitive fun. My rating: 10/10
Fun successor to the original Timberman. Cost is next to nothing and there's some easy achievements.
