Saw the "no AI" claims, but having played the game, I'm not sure that's true. It seems that one or more of the book covers are AI generated. (nobody caught the hand with four fingers?) On top of that, the second bigger level did not include any new or different items to fill the shelves. Just more copies of existing items. Would have liked to see more time spent on the game so these things could have been avoided and improved.
INCLUDES AI. The first level does not include any of the book assets which are obviously made with AI art. Most likely, by the time you make it to the second level which includes these assets, Steam will not refund the game. SCUMMY.

First two levels were absolutely amazing, plenty of variety and freedom to organize as you see fit. The issue lies that in the 3rd level, The Leviathan, which proudly boasts almost ten-thousand items to sort, the devs got extremely lazy and just copy pasted everything x3. Items which were previously unique are now duplicated to the extreme. Three of every single item from the previous level, nothing new, with no variety. So not only is your sorting ruined by the fact that you have to figure out how to put duplicates together in a way that is still satisfying, there is also virtually no reason to keep playing. Between the first and second rooms there was the addition of new items to keep you invested, but with the last level, it's just clutter. If you were going to just copy paste everything into a room, you were better off just leaving it at two levels. It's not even fun anymore, it's actually ruined the whole game for me.
Good game, but if you've got OCD and want organise, wouldn't recommend. Number of items doesn't work well for the number of shelves. For example: There are 4 stacks of swords but the aisle is 5 long. Something simple, but didn't finish the levels because of this, as found this very frustrating. Same with my friend who was organising with me.
The game is ok and it does what it says on the tin. You can sort stuff onto shelves. However, the point of a game like this is to reward those OCD tendencies some of us have, where the dopamine hits when a room is perfectly picked up and sorted. This game is not that. The leviathan store, is big, lots of repetitive stuff to sort, but you will go mad trying to organize it in a meaningful way because the shelving capacity is not relevant to the number of items you have to sort. This results in uneven item groupings on shelves and weapons stands. I've wasted hours trying to organize one section of items to accommodate for this but nothing feels right. This is stressful and frustrating which is not ideal for a "cozy" game. This seems like an oversight, like the item and shelving ratio was just a math problem to be solved and not logically thought through. Perhaps the game wasn't play tested by the developer enough. This is a silly thing to mess up or even call out but, for me, it means the difference between no review and a negative one, so here we are.
Fun game, but refunded when I realized just how many of the assets are reused to make the shop bigger. Other games add more items, this one just duplicates the ones that are already there and makes the map bigger to compensate.
first level, was very nice intro, medium room, was a fun challenge with friends, learning abilities and sorting things. leviathan level..... WHAT A COMPLETE COP OUT!!! I'm genuinely upset with it. they just took the dragon room and x5 everything.....and completing a set doesn't even get you a coin! powers TAKE FOREVER to get. and nothing new added for such a MASSIVE ROOM
NO AI, very active dev addressing issues, simple and addicting gameplay. Can't really ask for more here.
Playing it together with my bestie is so much fun! I can highly recommend it :) Also really appreciate that no AI was used in the making of the game <3
As someone with significant OCD, I found this game very user unfriendly. The shelves not being marked is fine, letting you set up a shop display to your liking. The game not giving you a total number for each item however, is not. It means that you're going to spend a lot of time, especially on the map with 10,000 items, reorganizing your shelves when you find out just how many Magma Greatswords there are, or might be, as again the game doesn't tell you the total number of them. The sheer number of times I had to remove items from a shelf in order to reorganize them so my OCD wasn't screaming in my brain about things not be organized properly, and I just couldn't play it anymore.
