Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 11 → 2.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
In a flooded world struggling to survive, you embark on a single-player mission – yet you’ll never be alone. You’ll constantly feel the presence of other Tidewalkers through the echoes of those that came before you.
The “Online Story-Link” feature allows you to feel the impact of previous players’ choices – and leave your own lasting mark for future players. Players start by selecting the Story-Link of a friend, favorite streamer, DigixArt team member, or stranger to follow on a mission to reconstruct or further deconstruct a world suffering from a disease that is ravaging the ocean planet.
As a Tidewalker, you will explore a strange world that will look, feel, and react differently depending on the Story-Link you choose. As a deadly disease called Plastemia threatens to kill all living things, you must steel yourself to face the numerous challenges of a world on the brink of collapse.
Meet a wide range of characters and opposing factions: ruthless Marauders who control medicine and trade, everyday survivors known as Reclaimers, and the Mystics - a mysterious group who worship the past.
Experience the consequences of other players' decisions while shaping the experience of future Tidewalkers.
Levels, NPCs and narrative choices can be totally different depending on the actions of other Tidewalkers.
Reveal the "echoes" of previous players - ghosts that show Tidewalkers’ actions and choices.
Sail through uncertain waters, gathering resources to improve your chances of survival.
Explore diverse floating isles set amongst unique landscapes.
Select different Story-Links to experience how another Tidewalker's choices can influence your playthrough experience.

Well I've really enjoyed this game because the story is so well thought-out and the characters are very likeable. Well, some are... Some really started to annoy me by the end of the game because despite what they said they would do, in fact they did the opposite but I think this is the point and hence there is something deeper to the whole experience. The art style and graphics of this game are amazing, not to mention the soundtrack. I didn't expect the soundtrack to have the vibe it did but I think it suits the game world and story very well. The only two things I would mark the game down for are: - Some of the animations in the game world aren't fully baked - a bit glitchy and some are too fast. - When the buttons to jump or attach to a zipline are pressed there is a long delay and sometimes they aren't recognised. This means you need to mash the button until something happens. A bit annoying. Other than that, another fantastic game from digixart - I'd give it an 8/10.
I would love to see more narrative decision games similar this. Where someone or other's prior decisions actually affect what I can or cannot do. Game is short and simple. You feel the weight of the consequences for the decisions given.

Sure, it gets rough at some points. The gameplay is sometimes very dated, and character development is completely absent. But, did i have a fun time with it ? Heck yea Music is awesome, graphics are beautiful, and character movement is really smooth. The choices you make DO actually matter, which shouldn't be an exception but oh well, it does work great for the most part. It makes them important since you need to consider the consequences that will happen for other players (which will probably be your friends, and that makes it a whole more interesting imo !). Don't get into it hoping for a 10/10 storytelling masterpiece, nor a revolutionnary gameplay experience, and be prepared for stupid or annoying characters. Once (if) you've accepted that, you'll have a great time for sure :D
Bravo
Good game overall, but it has a few frustrating issues. 1. No way to reload an earlier save The game doesn't let you return to a previous save point. You can only restart your current level, which isn't helpful if you're unhappy with the consequences of a dialogue choice you made several levels earlier. 2. The gameplay revolves around two main mechanics The game is essentially built around two core mechanics: dialogue choices and collecting resources. The dialogue system is the heart of the game. Your decisions affect your reputation with different factions and ultimately determine the game's ending. The second major mechanic is collecting resources. Throughout the game you'll gather Scrap (currency), Ozen (health items), and later Eggs. Tokens are also important because they let you purchase Ozen and Eggs. There are a few side activities, such as boat battles, but their main purpose is to earn additional health items, tokens, and eggs rather than offering meaningful gameplay of their own. What would improve the game The biggest improvement would be allowing players to reload any previous save point. This feature was likely omitted because the game is designed as a single-player experience with forced cooperative elements based on other players' playthroughs. Unfortunately, this design becomes frustrating when you know exactly what decision you'd like to change but are forced to play the entire game just to make that one different choice. Other issues: Occasionally your character gets stuck in spots can you need to reload from checkpoint. In my 2 playthroughs this happened a handfull of times. When moving your boat around trash you can find areas where you can actually clip into the trash. Inability to completely turn off upscaling. Yes I know you can technically shut it off setting resolution scale to 100%, but this makes the game feel clunky. Also everytime I restart the game it moves resolution scale back down to 71% for me. I always need to turn it back to 100% as my Radeon 6800XT is more than enough to play this game completely maxed out without upscaling.
Tidelover<3 trust you never led me astray
Liked Road 96, LOVED this game. 10/10. Very neat game!!! Only minimal complaints like repetitive music, so I turned the music way down about 3 hours in. Very innovative, creative game with high replayability. Like Road 96, my initial opinions of how I thought things should happen changed a bit with more information. More likable characters in this game than Tides of Tomorrow. I also love Dying Light and I feel like this game had some elements of it in it, regarding post apocalyptic world feel and the climbing/run/chase mechanics. I wish since you can do a female body and male voice, you could also have a character be referred to they instead of he or she, but, alas. Great plot twists and some complex character motivations, enjoyed some cameos from Road 96 at the end. Seed is 2513-7150
if you liked Road 96, you should definitely play this game aswell. underrated af
This game has an audio bug that they still haven't fixed and it makes enjoying this game impossible, their silly little alternate launch option doesn't do anything. I HATE IT!!!!!
