Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Ill be real. I loved the early promise of this game. However, it had some big glitches that were never fixed; if they fixed them... I would play it. Not worth playing as the game has been dropped with many issues still present.
bug 真多,这个寻路真无语,中文框框,太粗糙了
Enjoyable.

its a fun game
Gierka super ale fajnie jak by dali język Polski / The game is great, but it would be cool if they added Polish.
Thrive: Heavy Lies The Crown is an ambitious medieval strategy experience developed by Zugalu Entertainment and published by PlaySide that attempts to unify city building, real-time strategy combat, survival mechanics, and narrative-driven moral choice into a single, cohesive vision. Rather than focusing on one pillar of the genre, the game positions the player as a ruler whose responsibilities extend far beyond efficient production chains. Leadership in this world is defined not only by economic success, but by ethical decisions, military preparedness, and the long-term consequences of how power is exercised. The premise places players in charge of a struggling group of settlers seeking to establish a lasting kingdom in the harsh land of Nysamor. From the outset, survival is fragile. Food shortages, limited manpower, and hostile surroundings force careful prioritization, making early decisions feel weighty and personal. Expansion is gradual, and every new building or worker assignment carries trade-offs. The game consistently reinforces the idea that growth without planning can be just as dangerous as stagnation, encouraging players to think several steps ahead rather than reacting impulsively. City building forms the foundation of the experience. Players must manage housing, food production, resource extraction, road networks, and defenses while ensuring that citizens remain productive and loyal. Villagers are not abstract numbers but individuals whose morale, workload, and living conditions directly affect efficiency and stability. Seasonal changes and environmental factors add further pressure, forcing adaptation rather than reliance on a single optimal layout. Over time, the settlement grows from a fragile outpost into a complex urban hub, and watching this transformation unfold is one of the game’s most satisfying elements. Layered on top of this is a broader strategic map that introduces neighboring factions, unexplored territories, and geopolitical tension. Expansion beyond city walls brings opportunities for trade, alliances, and conquest, but also exposes the kingdom to external threats. Real-time strategy combat plays a central role here, allowing players to command armies, defend settlements, and engage in sieges. Battles are less about micromanaged unit abilities and more about positioning, preparation, and resource investment, reinforcing the idea that wars are won long before troops meet on the battlefield. What truly distinguishes Thrive: Heavy Lies The Crown from many other city builders is its moral decision system. Throughout the campaign, players are confronted with narrative events that demand difficult choices. Acts of mercy may strengthen loyalty and morale but slow expansion or weaken military readiness. Ruthless decisions may yield short-term gains while breeding resentment, unrest, or long-term instability. These choices shape the kingdom’s identity and influence how other factions respond, giving the simulation an ethical dimension that extends beyond simple optimization. The technology and progression systems further deepen this complexity. Advancing through the tech tree unlocks new buildings, military options, and quality-of-life improvements, but progress is never linear or risk-free. Investing heavily in one area often means neglecting another, and misjudging priorities can leave the kingdom vulnerable. The sense of pressure is constant, reinforcing the central theme that leadership is a balancing act between ambition, responsibility, and restraint. Multiplayer support adds an additional layer of unpredictability and replayability. Cooperative play allows multiple rulers to share control of a kingdom, dividing responsibilities or debating moral choices together. Competitive multiplayer introduces diplomacy, rivalry, and outright warfare between player-controlled factions, transforming the strategic landscape into a dynamic political arena. These modes highlight how flexible the game’s systems are, adapting naturally to both collaborative and adversarial playstyles. Visually, the game adopts a clean and readable aesthetic that prioritizes clarity over spectacle. Cities are detailed enough to feel alive without overwhelming the player with visual noise, and the transition between close-up settlement management and the broader world map is smooth. Animations and effects serve functional purposes, especially during combat, where readability is crucial. The presentation supports the game’s systems effectively, even if it does not aim for cinematic grandeur. Audio design reinforces immersion through atmospheric music and environmental soundscapes that shift between calm domestic rhythms and tense wartime urgency. The soundtrack underscores the emotional weight of major decisions without becoming intrusive, while ambient sounds help sell the illusion of a living medieval world. Together, these elements contribute to a steady, contemplative tone that suits the game’s emphasis on long-term planning. Despite its ambition, Thrive: Heavy Lies The Crown is not without rough edges. The sheer number of interconnected systems can feel overwhelming, particularly for newcomers to the genre, and moments of imbalance or technical friction can disrupt the otherwise engaging flow. However, for players willing to invest time in understanding its mechanics, these complexities become part of its appeal rather than a deterrent. Ultimately, Thrive: Heavy Lies The Crown is a thoughtful and demanding strategy game that embraces the idea that power is never simple. It succeeds most when it asks players to weigh prosperity against compassion, strength against stability, and ambition against consequence. While it may not offer the immediate accessibility of more streamlined city builders, it delivers a richly layered experience that rewards patience, reflection, and long-term thinking. For strategy enthusiasts who enjoy deep systems, moral complexity, and the slow burn of kingdom-building under pressure, it stands as a compelling and distinctive entry in the genre. Rating: 5/10
