The Wizard and The Slug

O jogo tem um visual agradável e tem a jogabilidade bem simples. Possui alguns desafios pontuais, onde é preciso um pouco de atenção para passar deles, mas nada impossível. A única coisa que me incomodou um pouco no jogo, é o excesso de diálogos... muitas partes tem mais cutscene do que partes jogáveis.

This game is tons of fun with characters that makes you smile, facepalm and what not. Loving the music, enjoying the tempo and overall feel of this game.

There is a wizard and a slug probably

This game gave me a lot more than what I asked for of it! It had a lot of silly moments and that was great for me, but the story did end up being rather compelling if you take the time to read and look for all the hidden and side lore. You do need to know that it is a very story driven game before picking it up, but it does offer up some challenges later on in the gameplay if you chose to take them on. If you don't mind the artstyle, like platformers, enjoy silly moments, and like reading a good story then I would highly recommend this game!

Charming little platformer with interesting mechanics and a cute storyline

This was honestly a very charming game! While I had some difficulties getting used to the game's unique gimmick (your main method of attack is also your charges for platforming challenges), I did get used to it. The game offers a very intriguing world and story in a nice little chunk of time, and the humor pretty much matches mine. It still seems like I have more to do, which I might consider in the future, but the story alone gave me a satisfying experience. If this wasn't on sale, I'd have bought it for double the base price, frankly. While I see that the dev has pivoted to different, (seemingly) more one-off arcade like experiences, I do hope they consider following up on this game in the future.

This game is so fun and creative. And just the thought that all of this is created by one person is beyong mind blowing. 10/10 would recommend.

The Wizard and the Slug is a humouristic plattformer with funny and lovable characters, links to pop culture, but also a deep story. I have not finished the game as of right now, but what I can say so far is that it's got both easy and hard parts, funny and emotional dialogues and a deep lore that is to be unraveled! So far I can only recommend the game. Really fun and easy gameplay mechanics!

Honestly for a game that's priced at around $5 (although I got from sale so like around $2.50-ish) and with content worth probably 5-6+ of content, I would honestly say this game is really worth it. The gameplay was honestly fantastic and fun, the story was honestly not bad, and I didn't find the game too difficult nor too easy and was fairly balanced. There are some minor issues but not enough to really ruin the experience. Definitely worth the purchase!

Definitely not a AAA title, but it's a fun, quick experience with decent platforming sections. Most interesting is its combat, with offense and defense tied to the same resource. That helps to make encounters decently challenging despite the bosses not being particularly complex.
