Absolutely LOVED this game. Real old school point and click and just a whole lot of fun. Super clever puzzles that are at times tricky but always logical. Great characters and witty dialogue. The game play is really well thought out and there is always something else to do/try meaning it's difficult to get stuck or frustrated with it. The fact you can talk to Arthur to recap events (without getting hints that would spoil the fun) is really helpful if you've had a break from the game for a few days. My only criticism is I wish it was longer - Act 3 is quite short and I was a tiny bit disappointed not to get more game play! Cannot wait for more games by this developer! Although rated playable it plays absolutely fine on Steam Deck, I had no issues.
Fantastic point-and-click adventure with great humor, puzzles, art and voice acting. The puzzles are rather challenging, requiring you to actually read carefully in some instances (eg.
the flavor text for the hair dyes are more important than you'd think
), but never far-fetched or require complete "moon logic" guesswork. The unlikely friendship(?) between Jack and Arthur is the highlight of the game and I loved the
possession
system. Ignore the contrarians who gave the game negative reviews simply for sake of being contrarians, especially that guy with only 18 minutes of game time and obviously gave a negative review because he was stuck in the medium's house.

This is such a gem of an adventure game!!! I played it almost entirely on my steam deck while on holiday, and it ran flawlessly. The pixel graphics work great on the small screen. The puzzles are where this game really shines - a lot of modern adventure games these days tend to be more on the easy side. But this game has really challenging multi-layered puzzles. But they're all entirely logical and well designed, so there's no moon-logic required here. I confess I did look up a hint at one point, but as soon as I realised what I needed to do it all made sense. I solved the rest myself. The ghost possession elements were great and something I've not seen before in an adventure game - definitely made some of the puzzles lots of fun. The game is fully voiced and the main character sounds kind of like Richard Ayoade which, lets be honest, can only add to the game's appeal... Game is a decent length - think it took around 7.5 hours to complete for me, so not overly long but not too short either. Loved the way it ended which I won't say anything more about to avoid spoilers. Its insane that such an amazing game was created by just one person (except for the voice actors of course!). Will definitely keep an eye out for future games they make. Just play this game if you haven't already.
Solid point and click adventure. The puzzles are fair, although you need to click on everything twice, once for a description and once to try to pick it up, so it can be easy to miss an item or two. Overall, the puzzles and game play feel creative and somewhat new. The writing and voice acting are good, but I actually didn't really find it funny at all. I think it lacks a bit of charm with the characters and none of them came off as likable or very memorable to me.
A number of reviews here complain about moon logic. In my experience, that can mean anything from "I'm not good at adventure games" to "this game uses moon logic." To assist you in drawing your own conclusion on the matter, I will provide an example drawn from the first five minutes of gameplay. There is an incense burner that must be lit. 20 metres away, there is a burning candle. Those of you with experience using basic reasoning to complete simple tasks in your everyday life may believe the solution to this conundrum is obvious. But oh, you overestimate yourselves. For you see, while you may throw caution to the wind and brave the mortal danger of a naked flame, the main character complains that he cannot pick up the candle because it is too close to his crotch. To take a safety-first approach, the actual solution to this puzzle is to singe the corner of a magazine and use a hand fan on it every two seconds to keep the flame alive while you carry it to the burner. I attempted to educate the arson assessor from my home and contents insurance company on this commonsense methodology, but after a long, quizzical stare, he only responded "Are you daft?" I will be staying with family indefinitely as I complete the rest of the game to learn how my home's reconstruction might be funded supernaturally.
Love it
divertente e ben confezionato, enigmi ben inseriti nella trama e sfidanti. Peronaggi memorabili...ci aspettiamo grandi cose da Guga per il futuro Davvero notevole!
Cute point and click game with a funny story and plenty of references to the genre. Puzzles can be tough, yet solvable with some patience and trial-and-errors. I recommend for the fans of the genre.
I am a veteran of the 90s era point n clicks. And it is so rare to find a game which really replicates how I felt in that era. This is one of them - has all the charm of those 90s point n clicks. The main character is hilarious as is his side kick. The puzzles are magnificent - pitched just right in difficulty and a nice variation added as you switch between characters. The story is simple and very nice with just the right message.
