in my opinion... the atmospher in this game was nice...i got the goosebumps when i first play this gamem like, we alone in alley and cant see other because they at home, BUT WE NOW SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT IN THERE... i enjoy this game, but... i not sure cant play at long time because the game was too short for me TwT but i like this game at first try!!! OwO u can buy it if u want to play some short horror oh yeah for remind, this game have multiple ending and...no instruction like what we must click, so dont forget to check on setting :>
A short walking simulator horror game. Not much information to be found in terms of lore or many clues on how to progress. I played through multiple times but could only get two of the endings. I plan to try again in the near future. With that being said, the sound FX are decently done, the atmosphere is good and sets the mood. The gameplay loop is relatively short with only a few tasks to complete. You have to pay attention to the clues and move quickly to make progress. Overall, I enjoyed it and it inspired me to learn more about Kowloon Walled City. Responsive developer as well on updates/patches. 7/10 from me

The Walls Still Stand is an atmospheric horror experience that showcases the impressive talents of indie developer Starpixel Studios. The game excels in creating a tense and immersive environment, drawing players into its eerie world with well-executed visuals and sound design. The lighting and textures contribute significantly to the unsettling mood, making exploration both engaging and nerve-wracking. The game's narrative structure is intriguing, offering six different endings that add replay value and encourage players to explore the various choices and paths available. This feature gives the game a unique edge, providing a strong incentive to uncover every possible outcome. However, The Walls Still Stand isn't without its flaws. One notable issue is the blinking mechanic. While this feature might have been intended to add to the sense of realism or to introduce a layer of vulnerability, it ends up feeling more like an unnecessary annoyance than a meaningful gameplay element. The mechanic doesn’t seem to have a clear purpose or contribute significantly to the horror experience, and its removal could streamline the gameplay and make the overall experience more enjoyable. Despite this minor setback, The Walls Still Stand is a commendable effort from Starpixel Studios. It succeeds in delivering a haunting atmosphere, supported by solid graphics and a variety of endings that will keep horror fans engaged. With a few tweaks, such as reconsidering the blinking mechanic, this game could reach even greater heights. As it stands, it's a memorable horror experience that showcases the potential of indie horror games.
This game is something else I'll tell you that!! Very different than some of the horror games I'm used to, so I knew heading into this it was gonna be challenging! While there is no DIRECT direction on what to do other than the list, it takes a few times to understand what to do and not to do. I played for a good while and got the 2nd and 6th ending. The 6th ending surprised me as I thought I got caught in a loop of doing the same stuff. The jumpscares were actually pretty good as a few of them got me unexpectedly LOL!! I want to get the other endings as well, but for now I'm stuck with 2 and 6!! Will come back to this IF I can achieve this! 10/10 recommend if you enjoy mind games and being thrown to the wolves while being scared!
I don't relish giving this game a poor review, but even among other budget horror games, this one comes up lacking. The graphics themselves look rather nice, but that'll give you about 90 seconds of entertainment even if you were just here to soak up the sights, because the play area is tiny. Gameplay itself is essentialy non-existant, and my single playthrough even taking my time was over in 15 minutes. There was a total of 2 creepy moments, and maybe 11 lines of typed dialogue 3 of which were effectively repeat statements. oh and a couple papers on the ground. In theory I could play again, but even at 15 minutes it would feel like a waste of my time. I don't really regret buying this game since I'm not going to miss $6, but I wouldn't want someone with less free cash to get burned buying this.
Boa tarde pessoal! Bom jogo, cheio de mistérios. 6 finais e eu ainda estou explorando pra chegar em todos!

Starpixel, Obrigado pela chance de fazer o jogo (Starpixel, Thanks for the chance to stream the game). Mal posso esperar pra jogar mais jogos seus e transmitir no meu canal da Twitch (I can hardly wait to play more of your games and stream them on Twitch). Pessoal, aproveitem e tentem, como eu, descobrir o segredo e conseguir os 6 finais... eu ainda estou na luta! Me procurem lá na Twitch: @gtraxxa7
This is when I wish there was a mixed option and not only a yes/No answer to do you recommend the game. I received a game key from Lurkit to test the game for free I have to say 1st, this type of game isn't for me most of the time, but if there were some changes in it I would probably go back and try to get other endings. Let's start with the negative first: Lack of video and audio options; I had to go into my audio mixer and turn it down to 10% cause I was finding it way too loud. I play on a pretty big monitor and never play any game in fullscreen, I had to with this one. FOV was too close for me, I would guess it was between 45 and 60, anything under 90 for me can give me a headache if there is weird movement and it did with the bobbing while walking. The good: Atmospheric sound was great Details in the game assets Layout and design of the location very close to what can be seen in documentaries about the walled city. The Mid: Not sure about the plot or if there even is 1. Physics could be wonky at times. Would I recommend this? I am not sure, it would depend on who is asking, I went in thinking it was more of a horror game but didn't get that feeling, it is more exploration/walking simulator as far as I can describe it.
yeah it's alright, get on big sale
Actually really liked this one! While the game play is pretty straight forward and you have a limited amount of things/ people you can interact with, getting multiple endings is pretty challenging. The environment is unsettling and creepy, but looks and feels nice to travel through. There are a few jumpscares that elicited some shrieks out of me lol. Game ran great with only a few hiccups, however, nothing game breaking. Revealing the different endings feels very rewarding and makes you want to keep going. I managed to unlock 4 out of 6 at this time, and will definitely continue to try to get those elusive last two! Thank you for letting me review your game!
