Usually I don’t write reviews, but this game is absolutely worth it. This is not your typical zombie game. It is a tale about trust, sacrifice, survival, and what it actually means to protect someone. There wasn’t a decision that felt empty for me as I wasn’t trying to get to “the best ending”, but what I felt was right. The characters are just so human. They are flawed, they develop and will stay with you way after the game is done. By the end, I was playing not as Lee, but I felt the responsibility of Clementine. This is one of the few games where it makes you realise how potent the storytelling in video games can be. I laughed, I got angry and it just shattered my heart. Do not miss out on this game if it’s old and you’ve been hesitant about it. This is a classic and masterpiece that everybody has to play. 10/10. One of the greatest stories I have ever consumed in any media.
