About
... I don’t know how I ended up here – maybe I just walked through the wrong door. But one thing I know for sure: this place shouldn’t exist. This is the Unplace.
At first it seems empty: I walk through room after room, and nothing happens. And then - as if the system switches on. I tried to run, but it became clear every time: I won’t be let go that easily. This place has one rule: face the trials.
You are trapped in an otherworldly place - the Unplace.
It wants to play with you in many different ways, even if the price of the game is your life.

Anomalies and psychological tension blend into a deeply unsettling experience. At first, The Unplace doesn’t feel overly challenging, but certain anomaly combinations can suddenly and brutally raise the difficulty. When that happens, it’s almost always unexpected — and that’s where the real unease comes from. Have you ever regretted words spoken in a rush of emotion? In this game, the imagery isn’t just visual noise. Everything is connected, distorted, and layered with meaning, creating a claustrophobic and eerie atmosphere. The anomalies are smartly designed — no pixel-hunting or cheap tricks. You always sense when something is wrong, and that constant awareness keeps you on edge. A slow-burning, psychological horror that lingers long after you stop playing. If you’re curious, here’s my full playthrough on YouTube: 🎮 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hlbbVJqQ1c0
Игра для тех кто любит шевелить мозгами, подумать, покликать. С наскока получилось до 5й комнаты дойти и сохраниться, дальше пока пройти не получается. Чукча в маске сначала меня оч напугала, но она оказалась безобидной, выдохнула.
The Unplace revolves around a "loop" where you (with some exceptions) revisit the same room again and again. Each time, the room has a randomized puzzle or anomaly to figure out that will bring you one step closer to understanding what's happening. The gameplay is easy to understand but you must be observant and use your brain. I want to point out that this game does have multiple endings! That, combined with the wide variety of puzzles and anomalies give this game a lot of replay value. You can replay over and over and still experience new puzzles and anomalies each time. That is more than I can say for most AAA titles, nowadays. Overall, a very fun game and well worth the $4.99 asking price!
