What Can I say, I am literally OBSESSED. If you like simulator games and cosy games or renovating games, this is perfect for you! It does not have much things but it is fun. Diffferent tenantns, different problems, New worlds to explore and places to buy and renovated. In the game you also have jobs , and you earn money from it. So yeah Super fun game!

Very addictive game. Lots to do at the start of the game to earn money. If you have played House Flipper you would love this game as it is similar in terms of renovating houses but in this game you get to manage your tenants closer and in a more interactive way. Downloaded today and 5 hours went by in a flash. Would recommend!!

It's a fun and addictive landlord simulator where you renovate apartments, deal with quirky tenants, and try to build your real estate empire. There's a lot of charm in the characters and events, and the art style is colorful and pleasant. Overall, a very satisfying and relaxing management game with surprising depth. Yeni evler satın almak, bu evlerin içini yüzlerce farklı eşya seçeneği arasından dizayn etmek ve bu evleri kiraya vermek eğlenceli bir konsept olmuş. Bunun yanı sıra başkalarına ait evleri ve iş yerlerini dizayn etmek üzere kontratlar almak, kiracılarının farklı problemleriyle uğraşmak, bir şeyler başardıkça yeni eşyaların ve özelliklerin kilidini açmak oyunda çeşitlilik yaratıyor. Oyunun belirgin tek eksiği bazı kontratlar uzun süre oynamanıza rağmen hiç gelmiyor, bundan dolayı da o kontrata bağlı yeni eşyalar ve özellikler açılmıyor. Ayrıca milyonlar kazanan hale gelindiğinde bile hala en ufak tadilat sorunlarıyla bile tek tek uğraşmak bir süre sonra bazı oyuncular için can sıkıcı bir durum olabiliyor.
