Pros: - content there's plenty of content to be creative with furniture unlocks after completing certain jobs. I did not expect to be renovating a drug lab, or classroom, or film studio. There's a huge amount of variety. - management it's easy to manage renters and properties, once you get used to the messaging system (also see cons). - extras with the pets dlc there are ways to interact with the neighbourhood, find and help lost animals and re-home them. help renovate pet rooms. Fix up an old animal shelter. There's a bunch of content which combines with the base game really well. Cons: - management getting messages every time a renter pays rent is a bit excessive. I only care about messages where I need to act on something such as repairs. Sifting through all of them can be tedious. - bugs the game gets stuck often, best work-around is to go back to the main menu and re-load. Fortunately the game saves often. - lag the game can lag at times, best to reload when this starts happening. - mode the game crashes more when you play in window mode. best to play in full-screen and turn off the steam overlay.

Had to take it very slow to make sure everything registered. Opening the game can take a while. With patience, I'm enjoying the game a great deal. Currently 4mths in, and feel I'm mainly still relying on one-off jobs, I think I chose the wrong tenents. As I've learnt a lot in the 4mths of in-game play, I may restart and take that forward. Little laggy, but worth the trouble!

Franchement, super surprise avec The Tenants ! Pour moins de 2 € le jeu et à peine plus pour le DLC, j’ai déjà passé 20 heures dessus sans m’ennuyer. Le concept est simple mais addictif : on rénove des appartements, on les meuble, on choisit les locataires et on gère les petits soucis du quotidien. C’est un mélange de gestion, de déco et de stratégie, le tout dans une ambiance légère et fun. Le DLC ajoute une touche vraiment sympa : on peut maintenant accueillir des animaux dans les logements ! Ça change la dynamique, il faut penser aux besoins des locataires et de leurs compagnons à poils. Ça rend le jeu encore plus vivant et attachant. Je vois des avis négatifs mais perso, aucun bug, tout tourne nickel. À ce prix-là, c’est une pépite pour les fans de jeux chill et créatifs
