I had a ton of fun in this game, its has a feel of the sims meets house flipper but on a smaller scale. Lots of variety when it comes to game play like favouring landlord route, just focusing on jobs and money, etc. The bugs however are glaring and come up a lot. There's a mini game that devs were aware of in 2022 but hasn't been fixed and the only solution I found is just hard close your game and hope you don't loose too much from your save. I have had issues where I was faster than the tutorial and then had to find a work around to finish it. Many times i just wont be able to pick up an item even if I have an empty backpack. Too many bugs for the game to be consistently enjoyable so it will join my game graveyard of my library. Would not recommend.
I really enjoyed this game for a long time, but devs gave up on it I assume. No new updates, lots of obvious bugs that haven't been fixed yet. Wouldn't buy it now but it was sooo good before! Such a shame :(

Узнать что девочка художница которую ты вселили варит амфетамины и торгует ими? Устроить евроремонт с бюджетом в 5000$ и смотреть как заказчик кайфует от царского сральника за 120$? В это игре можно все это и даже больше!!!! Жаль что нельзя после ремонта сделать намаз, 9/10.

En un juego como The Tenants, donde el foco está puesto en comprar y alquilar propiedades, uno podría pensar que debería ser posible llegar a convertirse en dueño de prácticamente toda la ciudad. Lamentablemente esa meta se convierte en una tarea titánica y casi imposible, debido al ridículo límite a la cantidad de propiedades que puedes tener al mismo tiempo. A eso se le suman los trabajos repetitivos, el fastidio de tener que cuidar a los inquilinos, el avance lento del tiempo incluso en su máxima velocidad, la presencia de bugs molestos y la necesidad de mejoras que jamás se llevarán a cabo porque los desarrolladores han abandonado el proyecto. Esto último también implica que es imposible completar todos los logros, ya que hacen falta eventos especiales que nadie está presente para activar. Lo único realmente bueno es la opción de amueblar y decorar habitaciones, que incluye variedad de estilos y objetos que se van desbloqueando al jugar, pero no recomendaría comprar el juego solamente por ese detalle positivo. Nota final: No me dio ganas de convertirme en una magnate de los bienes raíces. NO recomendado.

I do want to recommend this game because it IS enjoyable... but only for short amounts of time. I picked it back up again after a year or 2, normally I tend to start games again but I didn't with this and I will say I got back into it pretty quickly. However, I must agree with what many others have said. The game gets very repetitive very quickly and a tiny bit frustrating. There are still numerous bugs that crop up, and the game encourages you to report them which is great, however little did I know it's been released as is. They last gave it an update October 2023 and decided "nah cba off you go." That there is the main reason I won't recommend it, it has so much potential and to drop it without a word is so disappointing. If they were to try and come back I would be willing to change this to a positive along with them making tweaks to make it more fun. Until then, no. I do not recommend it.
整个游戏引导就是很差，翻译也是稀烂，和房产达人的硬伤一样，宁可在引导区写长篇大论机翻论文也不好好请几个翻译好好的优化润色，看久了真的会语言系统稀碎，那市长究竟在发什么玩意我至今未懂。还有的奖励容易突然蹦出来心肺骤停。 游戏出来很久了优化也不好，做那么长时间还是卡顿，接任务也卡，突发事件更卡，有一次正钓鱼结果没暂停卡了半天。DLC真活该卖不动，毫无乐趣，主线现在了还是没有任何参与感，拍卖房产前期也用不了还开启，简直浪费。和租客解约的音效非常差劲，又不是世界末日。 别惦记你那正确建模了，非常丑，非常刻板印象，还不能捏人头像。 又不是小工作室，完全不走心，果然卖的便宜没啥好货。把DLC的钱还给我，难玩。
When are game developers going to learn they'll make more money fixing their games instead of pumping out new broken content? Yeah, the EA method works for a bit after each release, but you trash your reputation and piss off the fans that had loyally followed for years. Reputation is what keeps new players, recommendations, and DLC's sales coming. Not updates pushing "new and exciting" game breaking features and then putting them on sale for 90% repeatedly when it's not even worth that anymore.
