Edit: Po "odseknutí tutoriálu" se hra narovnala do normálu. První district byl OK, u druhého jsem čekala na nějakou změnu, ale vlastně v tuto chvíli to začalo být trochu nudné. UI není doladěné, např. když kliknete na nájemníka, nikde nevidíte, kolik platí za nájem, to musíte hledat jinde. Hru sice doporučuju, ale počítejte s tím, že musíte projít bugama a restartama a později už se úkoly opakují. --- Nevím no. Hra vypadá jednoduše a zábavně, ale z nějakého důvodu je strašně složitě provedená. Věc, která by měla jít vyřešit na dvě kliknutí se musí dlouho dohledávat, přehrabovat se v pěti popup oknech, která ještě k tomu nejdou zavřít normálně Esc, ale kliknutím na křížek. Klikání si fakt užijete. Duplicitní okna vyskakují přes sebe. O repetitivnosti zatím nemůžu mluvit, protože jsem se nedostala ani přes tutoriál. Zasekl se mi dialog ohledně plateb a i přes splnění úkolu se neposouvá dál. Dialogy pořád mluví, když je chcete přeskočit, stejně hovoří dál. Celkově se tato hra ovládá jinak, než všechny hry, co obvykle hraju. UI hodnotím extra špatně. Důležité věci jsou menší, nedůležité jsou výrazné. Některé ikonky nemají žádné vysvětlivky, zato všude je spousta textu a ikonek. Ale když máte vyřešit nějaký problém (tj. získáte quest), tak k tomu nedostanete informace žádné a poraďte si. Teď až čtu recenze, že je to zabugované. No tak super, dobrý vědět, že po 1 hodině hraní už se dál nedostanu. Upřímně je to drahé, i kdyby to stálo 5 EUR. Dám tomu ještě pár hodin, ale mám pocit, že hra je nekompletní a hráčsky nepřívětivá.

I hardly ever leave reviews, like ever, but this game deserves it. I saw most of the reviews were negative, but it was on sale so I decided to take the risk… and I’m so glad I did! I love the tenant management part, and on top of that, I can decorate and furnish. It’s like the best of both worlds from my favorite games. I really hope they keep releasing updates—I’m excited to build and maintain my own headquarters. Yes, the game has the occasional bug, but nothing unplayable or impossible to report. For me, 10/10, I’m completely hooked.

Even though there are so many instructions about how to play and new features, it is extremely hard to understand what’s going on and what you actually need to do. For example, I didn’t realize at first that to put furniture you need to arrange electricity, plumbing, and heating beforehand. I also didn’t really get the logic of babysitting, and I think it’s kind of boring to deal with tenants’ problems. However, after playing for 3 hours and unlocking most of the features, I can say it’s actually quite fun to play. Plus, I hate how the cockroaches look and move ewww.
If you can get this game on sale then go for it. Sometimes its a puzzle where you have to try and fit all the required items in a tight space. Other times you have free reign to design as you will, getting better items as you progress. Im writing a review so thats a green flag, I only do this for good games.
