6/10，租房也就是给房子装修，引导差，内容重复。恶心bug较多不推荐，只有开始的新鲜感，后面基本上无聊的操作。画面3d图像糟糕，对系统要求较高。
Я играю в эту игру уже как 8 часов и наконец увидела, что в ней доступна мастерская. Ммм, новые обои, полы, мебель... Но нет, это сущий ад! Первое что сделает любой другой на моем месте в поисках нового материала - это пойдет и скачает все 30+ страниц модов из мастерской. Что может пойти не так? Каждый мод весит сущие копейки даже и думать тут нечего... казалось бы! Установка модов из мастерской - это отдельный ад и сейчас я расскажу вам в чем он заключается! Игра просто не может подкачать моды из стима. Его потолок адекватности - это один мод за раз. Если модов два, или не дай бог, три, то игра зависает на загрузке в меню, а стим перестает закачку после долгой обработки запроса и останавливает все последующие закачки остальных модов. Приходится ставить по одному моду за раз. И знаете что? После поиска информации по данному вопросу я узнаю что "Это старая ошибка с загрузкой пользовательских модов. Увы, сейчас никто не будет этим заниматься, издатель продаёт игру без поддержки разработчиков." Я продолжу искать решения, но оставлю свое мнение тут: многие игры подобного типа часто остаются на плаву благодаря модификациям. Нам сделали классную игру, добавили функцию модов и фактически усложнили ее до уровня "кошмар". Это трындец.

하우스 플리퍼 같은 집꾸 좋아하시는 분들은 환장할 게임. 대출이란 것이 무서운것만이 아니라는 것을 알려주는 순기능을 가졌다. 이세계에서라도 부동산 왕이 되어봅니다. 세입자 정들어서 못 내쫓음. 집세를 덜 걷더라도 그들이 장기거주 편히 하길... + 추가) 앵무새 10마리 주우래서 뺑이쳐서 10마리 주워왔더니 버그 떴는지 그 이후 진행이 안 됨. 이부분은 망 겜이 맞음. 그 외는 갓 겜 임.
Absolutely love this game.
I really liked the game at first. It was relaxing and funny. However, there is no way to save the game manually and the autosave function stopped working entirely. It is now impossible to save any progress made. (It keeps saying I am in the middle of a "Uncle Steve tutorial", but I am not.) The game loop is a bit repetitive, but with normal progression, there were new challenges. Now, I would have to redo the same missions over and over again. Also, it crashes randomly. It does not seem like the game will get any more attention to resolve the issues, so I would give it a pass for now. EDIT: Do not install the Pets DLC and most issues should disappear. Too bad this whole portion of the game makes it crash.
