The Talos Principle 2 is a thought-provoking first-person puzzle experience that greatly expands on the first game's philosophical themes and stunning environments with increasingly mind-bending challenges.

Absolutely brilliant in every way

Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The game focus on a dillema of expanationism vs not expanding at all. They explain the dillema from a example of pandora's box. The game is fun and the puzzles are not to hard but hard enough to get your head scratching from time to time. The game is worth the full 28,99 and even more if you ask me!
I can't recommend the Talos Principle 2 enough. TTP 1 is one of my favorite games ever, and TTP2 adds scope and a whole new flavor to it. TTP1 was an amazing and difficult philosophical puzzle game with an incredible story told through voice recording time capsules and terminals, together with tough conversations with a serpent in the machine. The DLC was amazing and very challenging as well. TTP2 switches gears and manages to bring new flavor to the puzzles and to the overarching story. I think a lot of the conflicted reviews wanted a clone of TTP1, and couldn't adapt to TPP2. At first I was like that. Things changed when I got into it, and especially during my second playthrough. Now I *love* the story and the main theme of the philosophy of the game, with the ideas regarding sentience and beauty. I love how we learn more through terminals, time capsule voice recordings, and characters in the game. Having a full cast of characters also brings life and interesting conversations to the game. As I'm playing it, I never want it to end because of the story. I was looking forward to new story elements outside of the puzzles as I was so entranced in it. As for the puzzles, they felt overall easier than TTP1, but that's because I've trained my brain so much on those, so I know a lot of the tricks and lateral thinking needed. Still, there were some real head scratchers. Each new area introduces a new puzzle tool or concept, has a couple of easy tutorial puzzles to use the new concept, then it all switches into gear and it gets more and more complex. And then it culminates within the megastructure. By the way, tetrominos are much easier this time around (and accompanied by awesome music). I hated the tetromino puzzles in TTP1 as it's more luck than logic. In TTP2 they manage to make them more about logic and planning ahead, much better puzzle. Otherwise, I have no issues with UE5 (even when I play on the ROG Ally X, the default settings chosen by the game work great even on integrated graphics), graphics are amazing overall. Music is an absolute blast as well.
Never thought a puzzle game like this would grab but i couldnt stop playing. Beautiful visuals, including a nice story to add to it. Feel like if you enjoyed shrines in Zelda or any kind of escape room type puzzles you'll love it.
Incredible game. Graphics are amazing, story is amazing and puzzles are incredible. Overall one of the best games I've ever played apart from the original. Where the original was beautiful but felt lonely, this one retains its' spark with a less isolated feeling.
Let's begin with the negatives: To some extent I felt that the story was a bit too much, especially in the city area. I cannot say that I'm very fond of the New Jerusalem city and the plotlines there altogether. I found some of the dialogue a bit goofy and cringy. Overall, I would have enjoyed this game just as much if the narrative was delivered like in Talos 1. I liked the museum part though and some of the humor surrounding the archological finding exhibitions. The music was ok, but left a lot to desire in later levels; particularly in the worlds in the west. I found the game mechanics a bit clunkier compared to that in Talos 1. I'm beginning to understand all the hate against Unreal Engine Given the gameplay of Talos 1, I had some expectations on improvements that I feel like it kind of failed to some extent. My expectations were that they would take what's good on the previous title and improve on it but some of it was lost. I liked the pyramid desert levels at night with neon effects, I would have liked to see more of that. I also liked the Gothic themed levels in Talos 1 and would have hoped to experience more of that stuff wich some more historic roots. The world levels were good but they kind of felt more anonymous and didn't touch me. I did like when they built things vertically, with tall structures and you move considerably in altitude like the Anthropic Hills world. The north worlds were cool and I think the south worlds were beautiful. The East was Ok and I would say that some of the worlds in the West were a bit of a disappointment. I think the design of the pyramid and the megastructure was fantastic and I loved the new inventions, especially those that challenge your spatial perceptions of up and down and left and right in the puzzles. Puzzles such as the Thrust Vector were also very innovative and I would look forward to more of that kind. Some puzzles felt a bit off and like an ugly cornercase solution but they were very few and overall I think this is a good and worthy continuation of the Talos 1. I also like their touch on philosophy and the opportunity I get to learn about real world philosophers such as Chestertons work etc.
