About
After falling unconscious following his successful escape from the old cabin in the woods where he was imprisoned by an unknown man, a scene we witnessed in Chapter 1, Brian finds himself traveling through time and space.
He wakes up 30 years in the past, as a small child, in an unfamiliar place, with no memory of how he arrived there. Although everything around him seems normal, he is trapped in a different dimension of time and space. His mission is to find something hidden within this dimension of time and space and bring it back to the present. Only then can he continue his journey and uncover the full truth.
Can you help him discover what he needs to find, hidden in this fractured dimension of time and space, and guide him back to the present?

Adventure game, puzzle, puzzles, logic, dungeon and mystery, 3D. PLOT Brian Fisher after escaping from the cabin in the woods in the previous chapter, loses consciousness and wakes up in an unknown place. He discovers that he has taken a leap into the past: 30 years back because he finds himself a child locked in the house where he spent his childhood. The only way to exit is to unlock the locking mechanisms of the various doors. While solving riddles and puzzles, he learns that his father, a scientist passionate about astronomy, has discovered some secrets in the universe, and hidden everything in a safe place. His aim is to follow the clues left by his father and find his secret laboratory hidden under the house. But Brian was certainly not prepared for what he eventually finds and sees with his own eyes..... But will the world be ready for such a discovery? PLAYABILITY An escape room made very well, the puzzles and puzzles follow a logic, it is enough to look around and we will all find clues to the solution. Finally a game where you can enjoy solving puzzles because they are accessible to everyone, you don't need knowledge of algebra or chemistry, but a spirit of observation that we all possess. The graphics are wonderful, very real, the house is full of details, statues, furniture, paintings from the period. The music accompanies well the feeling of bewilderment and amazement that the protagonist feels. Saving happens automatically every time we overcome a puzzle, but it is also possible to save manually. We can choose the view based on our preferences: first or third person can be changed at any time by pressing "V". The whole story is replayable because the puzzles are generated randomly if we choose this option in the menu. There is no Help button, the only thing we can activate is an object indicator that we can use when we are nearby. I recommend it, it's a great experience also suitable for those who are afraid of puzzles and fear not being able to solve them, here you will discover that it is pure fun and no frustration. The plot is interesting with a surprise ending that leaves us hoping for a new chapter in the series. The only negative thing is the lack of a "Hint" button with small clues which can be useful for those approaching this genre of game for the first time. A significant improvement over the first chapter, and a great puzzle game that can stand on its own. It took quite a few years to get the next chapter, but now it’s finally here to continue the story where it left off. To refresh our memory, the game revolves around detective Brian, who is searching for his father. He vanished 20 years ago and is assumed dead, but his son Brian refuses to believe it. When he starts digging a little too deep, he is kidnapped and imprisoned in a cabin in the middle of a forest. The first chapter ends with you passing out outside of the cabin. However, there is a flash from a mysterious object that takes you back to your childhood. That is where Chapter 2 begins. You once again narrate with a “tough” voice, but now there’s also a younger voice. Despite all of this time, the gameplay remains unchanged. This is an "escape room" game in which you must explore the place, and collect items and clues while also solving logical problems. However, this time you have a much larger house loaded with odd contraptions. The most interesting piece is a machine in the middle of the house. Instead of looking for keys, you have to enter the right code to open for each of the connected doors. One unique feature is that problems are randomly generated each time you start a new game, so one solution will not work for all player. However, you can disable this to keep the same solution each time you play. Exploration may be done in either third or first person, which I prefer because it allows you to see more without your character getting in the way. After the first room, the mansion expands up, allowing you to tackle multiple problems at once. Many puzzles require logic, but there are enough clues scattered around and they’re all fair. The option I welcome the most is for people that suffer from form of colorblindness. Although there are some colors, the game handles this in the best possible way. A welcome change from the first part is tied to item use. Instead of selecting items from your inventory, you can now interact with a hotspot, and the game will automatically offer you the matching item or items. All you have to do is click and drag it into place. Sometimes the hotspot will even show you just what you need. Special glasses from the first chapter return, but they reveal much more hidden information. I recommend that you activate indicators that will display important hotspots as you get close. Without them, you must point the dot in the center of the screen, directly on top of an item or hotspot, to make it active. Although this removes part of the surprise because this revealing items even when they are locked in drawers and cupboards, playing without it may cause you to waste too much time looking for them. The "fault" falls on incredibly detailed rooms, beginning in the attic and progressing throughout the house, filled with various and intricate assets that all appear to be important. Of course, even with the indicators switched on, you will still need to explore quite a bit. The game takes 2-3 hours and ends on another cliffhanger, but at least you get to see what's in the shed from Chapter 1. Sadly, the story is very light and doesn't reveal anything, and the character only comments that what happens next is something unbelievable, but then you don't get anything important. There are also a couple of missable achievements that might require at least two playthroughs. The price is very high for this type of game, so I suggest you wait for a discount.
I just finished this game, and wow… it’s truly one of the best I’ve ever played. From start to finish, I was totally hooked. The puzzles are so well made, challenging without being impossible. Each one makes you think and gives you a real sense of accomplishment when you figure it out. The story is amazing, so captivating that I didn’t skip a single line of the narrative. Just when you think the story is wrapping up, it surprises you with even more to uncover. This happened a few times, where I thought, "This must be the end", but then there was still more. It’s like the game has layers that keep getting deeper, and it makes you want to keep going. The world of the game is really well done too. The visuals, sounds and little details make it feel alive and a bit mysterious. You get totally pulled into this atmosphere, and it adds so much to the whole experience. Overall, this game has raised the bar for me when it comes to puzzle and mystery games. It’s the kind of game that sticks with you, making you think about what could happen next. I can’t wait for the next part to come out so I can finally see how the story ends. If you like puzzles, mysteries, or just a good story, you definitely have to try this game!
I think it's great fun to play. The puzzles are challenging and the story and the environment are simply awesome.
I remember enjoying Brian Fisher Chapter 1 so I was delighted to see the story finally continued. It had been quite awhile so I replayed Chapter 1 before embarking on Chapter 2 and that was a good decision. While Chapter 2 is stand-alone, you will get more out of it if you are familiar with the beginning of the story. Brian Fisher is an odd character with a strange story - apparently moving through a space/time continuum in search of his missing father. Chapter 2 picks up exactly where chapter 1 ends. The graphics in the second chapter are dramatically improved. It is a wonderful environment to explore and there is much to look at and interact with. It is presented as an 'escape the mansion' exercise with your ultimate objective to leave the property. You must puzzle your way through, with your progress managed as you retrieve information and objects needed for the next round of puzzles and/or gates. The interface is easy to use, with clear instructions. Although there is a quite a bit of inventory to gather, the game tells you exactly what is needed when an activity requires an object. So, there is no 'try this, try that.' You just need to examine everything, open drawers and cabinets, and be aware of all details that surround you. I enjoyed the narrator's voice and the environmental sounds. Although I typically play with a keyboard and mouse, I found that the controller worked best for me both in terms of movement around the environment and manipulating puzzle objects. Puzzles are a diverse mix of mechanical exercises and those that require finding and interpreting clues. I struggled mightily with one 'gate' puzzle that involved moving 3 objects across a grid with nodes that opened and closed pathways. Other than that, I found clues and had no major sticking points. The level of difficulty was just about right for me. The game auto-saves intermittently and allows you to do an explicit save. However, there is only one save slot so manual saves are over-writing the last auto-save and vice-versa. This gives you the comfort of knowing that your progress is up to date (especially after a lengthy puzzle) but does not give you the chance to return to a specific point in the game.. Completionists are likely to need to play through the game twice (unless you are both speedy and obsessed!). Most achievements are story related but there are a handful that are easy to miss. If you plan to play through more than once, you should consider setting 'randomize' to OFF in the options menu BEFORE starting a new game. Otherwise, any notes you take from your current game will not be helpful the next time through. Despite the delays, kudos to Intetic for a job very well done! This was an excellent continuation of the interesting (but very short) chapter 1. Chapter 2 took me about 10 hours to complete (with way too much time spent on that darn gate puzzle!) If you enjoy mysteries and exploration and don't mind mechanical puzzles, I would highly recommend first playing Chapter 1 and then diving into Chapter 2. I am looking forward to Chapter 3 already!
Great game, awesome exprecience. The game features - all things one player needs. Also the game includes puzzles, storyline, good environment and unforgettable experience. 10/10 Recommend this game!
Playing the second chapter of the Strange Story of Brian Fisher is like jumping back into this super weird, kinda creepy world that just hooks you right away. The vibe is awesome – it’s not the fanciest-looking game, but there’s this perfect eerie feel to it, and the music and sound effects make everything feel way more intense. The puzzles? They’re great. They’re trickier than the first chapter, and they get more interesting as you go. It’s like they warm you up at the start, but then they start throwing real brain-teasers at you, which kept me glued. I caught myself thinking, “just one more puzzle,” like... a dozen times. The story digs a bit deeper into Brian’s life and his backstory, which is cool, but there are still parts that are pretty mysterious. I was left with a bunch of questions that have me excited (and a little annoyed!) to see what’s next. All in all, if you liked the first chapter, this one’s a no-brainer. It’s suspenseful, it’s fun, and it definitely keeps you guessing! Plus, even if you haven’t played the first chapter, this one totally stands on its own with the puzzles – you can just dive in and enjoy solving them without feeling lost in the story. Additionally, kudos to the small team behind the game. You can feel the passion in every detail, from the clever puzzles to the gripping atmosphere. For an indie game, it’s impressive how much depth and suspense they’ve packed in – can’t wait to see what they do next!
The best game ever made!! its interesting game , it is good for your knowledge. Big thumbs up to those who made this game!! Keep it up!!
Real family puzzler! No jump scares, no ultra hard puzzles, no violence. Just pure fun! The music is a real delight, that brings the already great atmosphere even batter. Waiting for the Chapter 3!
